In this motivational monologue, the speaker outlines a practical framework for creating a consistently great day. The core premise is that a great day must be approached intentionally, beginning with a conscious decision upon waking. The speaker introduces the concept of a personal "stage"—either a "suffering stage" driven by low energy, negative focus, and complaint, or a "beautiful stage" cultivated by focusing on desired outcomes and positive interpretation. He explains how external circumstances (e.g., traffic) are neutral; the individual's meaning‑making determines whether they slip into suffering or stay in a beautiful state. By reframing events, choosing uplifting thoughts, and aligning emotions with pleasure rather than pain, one can raise energy levels, operate at higher efficiency, and generate momentum akin to a train or plane. Practical habits such as morning exercise, deliberate focus on what one wants, and treating events as opportunities rather than obstacles are recommended. The speaker emphasizes that even difficult situations can provide lessons when approached from the beautiful stage, concluding with an encouragement to have a beautiful day.

Hey, my friend, I believe you are doing well today. Hey, I just want to talk to you briefly, um, how to have a great day, how to start your day in the morning and finish in the evening very, very, very happy, and then look back and be like, yes, this was awesome day. In order to have a great day, you have to be intentional about having a great day. You have to be very, very intentional. You have to wake up and decide to have a great day. Now, when you decide to have a great day, you start by your— by what we call your stage. Uh, the stage in life, you can function into what I call suffering stage, or you can focus on operating in a beautiful stage. Now, what is suffering stage. Remember, as your energy go down, as your energy go down, as you start complaining, as you, uh, start focus on the negative and focus on what you don't want instead of focus on what you want, it carry you into certain stage. Uh, for, for, for example, let's say if you want to complain about, uh, you know, the weather, complain about the traffic, complain about, you know, your job and complain about this, it carries you slowly into what we call the lazy state or the suffering stage. So if you're planning to have a great day, you have to be very intentional about your stage. Now, but on the other hand, you can focus on what we call the beautiful stage. But you install your day by focus on what you want and not what you don't want. Think about it. Now, if you're in traffic and you take your mind and start focusing on the traffic, what it's going to do, it's going to push you into the suffering state. But in the traffic, you can find something good out of the traffic and focus on what you want. Now that you are in traffic, what could you shift your mind to it so you won't feel like you are in the sense of pain, the sense of loss? The sense of suffering. So from that moment, either you can turn on your radio or you can get a great friend on the phone, but do that, shift your mind to something that you want and not what you don't want. You may not have control over what is happening around you, but you can decide on your reaction to what is happening. Again, remember I said this, Whatever is happening to you, why do you feel sad or why do you feel happy? The first thing is the meaning or the interpretation you give to an event. So as you are going through your day, if you're in traffic, the meaning you give to traffic or the interpretation is a sense of loss. Remember, it touches pain. In life, we avoid pain and we want pleasure. But if you change it and give it a different meaning, even today, the same traffic, you can find pleasure in it. Our life is guided by pain or pleasure. We are emotional beings. If you focus on what you don't want, guess what kind of emotion or energy you're gonna call? The bad energy. And guess where it's gonna lay you? You'll find yourself in a suffering stage. But if you focus on what you want to earn in your day, you'll be happy. It's gonna trick— it's gonna trigger the right emotion, and that's how you have a beautiful day. And another thing, when you function in a suffering stage, everything you do is gonna be bad. In a suffering stage, you can only operate less than 50%. But when you're in a beautiful stage, You become a joyful person. Your energy level goes up. Even what is difficult, you can come like a train because a beautiful stage create— come, you know, create that momentum, just like a train which is speeding, just like a plane who's ready to take off. And that's how you learn. You, you have your beautiful— you can have a beautiful day. It must be intentional. Start your day with exercise. When you wake up in the morning, focus on what you want and not what you don't want. Be intentional about your mind. Remove your mind and carry— push your mind to what you want. But whatever you do, stay in a beautiful state. Make sure you give a right interpretation to everything. Make sure things doesn't happen to you, but make it happen for you. Even in a worse situation, you can find a lesson out of it. Until I see you next time, have a beautiful day.
