Hey, my friend. I believe you are doing so well, so well. So when you get in— we're trying to deal about how to pivot, the 10 points to pivot. You know, when you get in business, most of the time you have an idea product that you want to sell. You know exactly what you want to do. You, you know, you have your business plan. You, you lay out everything. But the truth is that sometimes the market may behave in a different way. And not only that, sometimes we, you know, you may start a business with so many things that you're trying to sell, and then you have that conviction that, hey, it's going to work, and this is what is going to work. You probably have 2, 3, 4, 5 products. Just for example, you probably have 2, 3, 4, 5 products that you actually have in the market that you really, really, really want to focus on it. I will use the example of Instagram. Instagram, for example, when they start the platform, there was actually more like a Kodak. Remember, Instagram came to replace Kodak. There was not a community type of business, right? So the picture part of the business was actually just a small, small part. So one of the things Instagram did, they zoom in, right? They zoom in, zoom, they zoom in. You may start a business, you can have a business and have multiple products that you are selling, but one of the products that may not be your main product, you may notice that customers actually pay more attention to that. And when that happens, you may— that's one of the pivots. You may actually zoom in on that product. You must use that other product and focus on that product instead of, you know, just keep pursuing your journey just like the way I illustrated yesterday. So what does this mean to you if you are in business? I'm sure you actually, you probably know your entry point product, that means the first product that you are known for. You have some product that you actually use, uh, as a cross-sell. So when somebody buys one thing, you offer them that additional product. You probably have 6, 7, 10 products. Now, what product actually could you say that, hey, my client love this product. My client, this product, people are responding better with this particular product. That's what you must zoom in on. So instead of go broad, you must narrow in on that product and give a focus on that product. Any business actually have that. When we start, for example, Ali Global, you know, the, the initial thing was to train people, do seminars and all that. But suddenly our school was picking up better, so we actually zoomed in on that other product and reduced the focus on one— on another thing. So as a businessman, as you know, when you start a business, you have to be very flexible and be ready to, to refocus. You can't just say, hey, you know what, I'm going for— you can do straight line, you know, straight line is like this, but you have to be able to go up and come down and go up and come down and go up and come down until you get to your destination. If you don't have this type of flexibility as a business person, you go out of business. This is your goal, straight line. When there's a bump, you can go up and come down, go up and come down until you get to the destination. So you must zoom in. You zoom in whatever it is. You zoom into the fast product. You zoom in so you can regain focus. You may have multiple products up here. That may not work, but you have one that pick up very well. So in your business, if you are facing any challenge, what product actually could you regain? You put your focus on it and pick pick the momentum back up. So that's the first thing, the first first way amongst the ten to pivot it. Zoom in, reconsider. Some of the hot products and then focus on that. So tomorrow we'll talk about something a lot more different than Zooming. See you tomorrow.
