Hey, my friend. I know you are doing so, so well. Hey, today we'll talk about the number 2 thing you must do it amongst the 10 points of pivot. Again, whatever business you are doing, if it's a life or business, sometimes you have to really, really, really refocus if you want to go from point A to point B without die on your way there. I mean, business is the challenge. But business can be fun also if it— only if you anticipate some of the problems. And that's exactly what we are doing. So when you anticipate some of the problems, you know exactly how to deal with it. So before the problems show up, you already be ready to deal with it. So now, just like any problem, any business, sometimes, you know, we talk about zooming, zooming in yesterday. But another thing is that, you know, sometimes you start— you may start your, your business and be like, hey, this is how I want to do it, this is how I'm going to do it, and this is what I, I, I'll do it. For example, when I started transportation business, I was not into moving, I was into delivery business, right? So I started as a delivery business and everybody wanted me to move them. So I was delivering furniture and people want me to actually move them from place you know, point A to point B. I didn't tell them no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm into delivery business. I'm not into moving business. And not only that, later on another company reached out for me to deliver for their, uh, to pick up used clothes for their company, you know. And back then my delivery business was not bringing that much money. And then I zoom out, zoom out. A zoom out. So when you start a business, most of the time the funnel to zoom out is something like this. This— and let me use some of, some of the examples of companies that actually zoom out. You may know some of these companies. Amazon selling books, selling books, just a book. Guess what Amazon sells today? They actually zoom out, not because the business was not doing well. You don't always zoom out because the business is not performing, but you also zoom out to do better. So Amazon started with books. I don't know if they was doing very well or not, but today Amazon is in electronics, Amazon is in food delivery, Amazon is in— I mean, Amazon is even selling land. Amazon is selling mobile homes. Amazon is selling houses. Amazon is selling everything. Why? They opened their business a lot more broad. Sometimes when you face adversity, sometimes when you face— you hit the bumper, the key may be to zoom out. You reconstruct your business plan. You reframe the business and do a little bit more than what you was acting to do originally. So in the case of Amazon, they were selling books. So they asked a question, OK. Maybe we're not doing the money we were trying to do. What else could we do? What else could these people, these people that are coming to buy books, come buy? What else could we— how could we meet more needs? So they start expanding more and more and more and more and more. Before you know, they was able to break even and cover the costs. With no problem. So, my question to you is that what— how could you zoom out with your business? What are you selling? What is your product? What problem are you solving? If you are not solving problem, what challenge are you facing? Is there any way you can bring other product in? Is there any way you can bring other service in and anticipate the need of the client? Is there a way you can associate? You can bring another vendor in? Is there a way you can push your product to another person that is doing similar thing so they can help you too? I'm talking about zooming out. Open your business. Look at how software companies are functioning today. They enter— it's just like everybody is in partnership. That's zooming out. Air France is working with Delta Airlines. Zooming out. Hey, I carry people halfway. You can pick them halfway and take them home instead of do only your direct flight. Zooming out. Team up with other people. Take your product to new market. Create new product. Anticipated need. Zooming out. How can you zoom out with your business to solve some of the financial challenge, to solve some of the problem that you are facing right now? All right, go ahead and put in the chat room, and tomorrow we'll talk about something very, very, very strong. See you tomorrow.
