Hey, my friend. I know you are doing so well. Hey, listen. We are having fun with this. I mean, the goal in all this is for you to learn how to anticipate the problem before the problem occurs, right? How to go around that curve. How to anticipate a problem. How to come up with a way to boost your business even when you platform. You know, most of the time, Most of the time. Any businessman, not just most of the time, all the time, businessmen develop a product or service to serve a human being, right? And human beings have, I mean, all types of needs. I can go to the hospital because, I mean, I'm sick, right? I'm not going to the hospital to eat. But when I go to the hospital, I will, you know, if I'm at the hospital and I'm hungry, what do I do? I have to eat. I may go to the hospital because I'm sick, and I'm not going to the hospital to buy tennis shoes or to buy, uh, maybe a toothpaste or to buy candy or to buy pen to write notes while I'm in the hospital. But while I'm there, if I need to write a note, what do I do? I need to find a pen to buy. So today I will share some little technique to pivot it based on your business need. It doesn't matter what you do, you are serving people. I will show you a way to really, really, really make so much money and anticipate certain problems or, you know, just go ahead and pivot it when you are actually still in business before your business dies. I see people start with one main product. Down the road, it's just like they completely pivoted and they are doing something completely different and they make way more money than when they were selling the initial product. So, I will show you that technique today. So, we're actually on point 7, 10 pivot. Point 7 is value capture. Value capture. You know, service or business, we talk about value, right? What— if you're in a business, let's say I'm in a— let's say I'm in a moving business. Right? That's my business. I'm in trucking, moving all over the state. Or let me not use moving. Let me use Ali Global. I'm in personal development, value adding. I get paid talking to you like this, teach you things. So what I'm thinking about you as a business person, if I don't want to end up and go out of business, I need to start anticipating what does What else could you need? So you pay me for coaching, right? You pay me for for coaching. You you pay me for coaching, right? That's the first thing. So you come here, and then you have a problem. Let's say you pay twelve hundred dollars. To get trained, and then my business is going well. It's going well. It's going well. And this is you. Now, what else I need to think about? What else could you need? Because now I have let's say I have two million people or billion people that have come and pay for my coaching section. I need to anticipate it. What— after you pay for my coaching session, what else can I offer to you? Maybe I can offer you— go from the coaching section and offer you books, right? Maybe $5 books. This is called upsell. So you pay $1,200 for the coaching section. At the end, I charge you for $5 books, right? It's called upsell. So I receive this sale, I upgrade the sale and receive more sales. I can charge you for my private coaching. That's part of upsell. Upsell. Private coaching. That's part of upsell. What else can I charge you when you purchase this little coaching, uh, coaching? This is the product that I'm offering. So private coaching, I can charge you for the book. Think about it, what else can I charge you? I'm still just with my upsell. I just want to sell you something because you bought this other product. Now I can move up to the downsell. Downsell. Now you pay for this $1,200, you pay for my books $5. I can come here and offer you 50 books instead of $5 and offer to you— I can offer you 10 books For $25. That's called downsell. Even though you pay $5 for one, I give you 10 for the price of 5. I downsell. You see, you pay the full price, I give you 50% off if you can buy that before you check out. That's a downsell. Whatever— what else can I add on it? I can do cross-sell. Cross-sell. Cross-sell is to sell you something that has nothing to do really with what I do. I can sell you a video package. I'm not a videographer. And then charge you $250 if you want to record your courses. After you finish your course, the coaching. I can cross-sell that, and maybe every package I sell on video, imagine I make 30%. That means I just make 30% again on cross-sell. I can sell you the software, right? Let's say I sell you a software for $150. That's not part of me, but I know you may need it. I don't provide that. Let's say I make 10% of it. commission. What else can I sell you? I can, you know, I can sell you other people's programs too that you may need as well. So to pivot, you have to be able to have your initial product, do an upsell, that means sell other things that may go with it, do a downsell, lower the price to give promotion, do a cross-sell and sell something else that the person may need. It's going to be a strong way to pivot it. So many people are dying here because they sell one product and they leave all this on the table. I mean, I can put 100 things here to sell again. That's why you go online, when you buy something, they offer you so many other things to buy. That's exactly what some companies do, and they will sell here and not even make a profit and make their profit up here. Because when you pass this point, you become a— you are actually a believer. They, they develop the— I mean, they, they answer the problem of certainty here. So here you believe on a brand. So whatever they sell, you just buy it. So make sure you practice this with your business. That's a powerful way to pivot it. Go ahead and put in the chat room how you can actually practice this and how this can apply into your business, and I'll see you tomorrow.
