Hey, my friend, I know you are doing so, so, so well. Hey, I'm excited. We have 2 more points to go. This is number 9, and we'll get to number 10 tomorrow. And I'm sure you have, from number 1 to number 10, how to pivot it, how to, you know, go over obstacles, how to be creative, how to develop some kind of, you know, basic system to deal with crisis or to anticipate crisis before it occurs. So, you know, most of the time, just like I shared yesterday, is that when you have a business, when people have business, they may have only one source of distribution. Or they have one source to deliver the product or to deliver that result that the client needed. The truth is that If you really, really want to grow, and if you want to avoid crashes, if you want— don't want your plane to crash, right, you have to develop a different method, the different method as you go. So, I will talk about point number 9, which is the channel of distribution. The channel of distribution. I mean, let's, let's use Let's use Coca-Cola, for example. Let's use Coca-Cola as an example. Let me illustrate with Coca-Cola. One of the things you notice out here with Coca-Cola, when Coca-Cola actually— the company Coke started, they had their own— they was doing their own thing. That means they They have their own warehouse, they were distributing the drink and all that. And down the road, they noticed that, you know, if they continue to isolate themselves, they may not be as popular as, you know, they may not grow and really, really take the whole market. It's actually one of the companies that is tagged on the wall. Make sure you go and read it. slogan of Coca-Cola. The CEO say their dream is that any human being on the planet Earth, the, the mission is that any human being on the planet Earth, Earth, when they wake up in the morning, they think about a Coke, having a Coke. So, in other words, everybody should have a Coke in their fridge, if you have one or not. So, they're actually targeting The, I don't know, we'll be 8 billion on the planet Earth very soon. What a great vision. What a big vision. But guess what? Their goal, when they start, their goal was, you know, they have their own channel of distribution. And there was, you know, Coke was separate. They would sell their own Coke. If you want to buy Coke, you can buy Coke from them. But later on, they figure out, they'll say, huh. How about if we have our own channel? Yes, channel of distribution. How could we reach other human beings already from where they are and not always depend on our own channel of distribution? I'm using Coke so you can think about your own product. Coke went from selling Coke at the, you know, just at the Coke base and take Coca-Cola actually to wherever human being actually is. So they flip it. Matter of fact, if you need a Coke, where do you go? Do you know the base of Coca-Cola? The shop of Coca-Cola? No. It's everywhere. So they make it available even to a normal person that is selling, that is selling something on the side of the road to be able to sell Coke. If you go to the bakery, you have Coke, right? If you go to the hospital, there's a Coke there in the area of soft drinks. If you go to the nightclub, you'll find a Coke. If you go to a school, you'll find coke in the cafeteria. If you go to a restaurant, you find coke. So they actually develop a channel of distribution instead of focus on the base. They actually move wherever they can find a human being. I mean, I can't even start naming how many channels of distribution. Coca-Cola have, Coca-Cola Company. I mean, how could you develop, how could you think like this major company? How could we think like that? Imagine if you start do a, the, the, the, the, if you start associate your business with other business, So you can sell your product within the area of other business. And I think another great company that actually do this, that is practicing this, is Walmart. You know, when they create a place for other business to sell their business, their product also there. Not only Coke was able to push its product to other company, he also welcome other company product, because he knew if he, you know, if you are looking for, if you used to drink Sprite, let's say if you used to drink, what is this other thing? Let's say you used to drink— Pepsi. Pepsi. You used to drink Pepsi, and then you come to the machine and maybe they're out of Pepsi. Maybe that will be the day they will have a chance, you'll have a chance to try Coke. And you try, You may move and start enjoy Coke. Or if you used to just enjoy water and that day they add water, you enjoy Coke. So I want you to develop a different channel of distribution. Sell your stuff, yes, to your shop. Do a dropship. Establish relationship with other people that can sell your product. Sell your product to other people website. By link or affiliation. Sell your— I mean, find other people that are selling even similar thing and let them sell your product. You can develop as many channels. I mean, it's today Amazon even pay people to sell their product on their website. So, you have to develop a lot of channels of distribution. Don't focus on a single shop. Do like a Coke. Go ahead and set up so many channels of distribution so you can really, really, really meet your goal. Place like bakery, for example, and they practice this a lot. They'll produce in a massive number and they have a different shop that when they're going to deliver, you know, certain quality of it, and people in that area can purchase from there. So think about this and apply this in your business. Develop multiple channels of distribution for your product and for your service so you can survive. This is also a way to pivot. This is a way to go around obstacles. This is a way to anticipate growth. This is a way to overcome crisis if one thing is not working well. All right, go ahead and put in the box how you can develop multiple channels to— for your service, and I'll see you tomorrow.
