Hey, my friend, I know you are doing so, so well. Hey, I'm so excited, so, so excited to spend this time with you. I want to talk to you about something very, very, very, very important. I know you are in business and I know, you know, you are developing product out there to sell, you trying to solve a problem, but I want to deal with the secret of any successful person. Successful people have certain patterns that they follow, and I want to share that with you. Hey, before I, you know, I understand the power of what I want to share with you today. I mean, I blew, I fell along, I fell along on the top, and sometimes I thought I was just walking along. But you have to play and you have to apply the law of intentionality. Listen, I want to talk about the law of inner circle. I want to talk about the law of inner circle. I will take almost eight steps or eight days to show you how to develop or how to build your inner circle. When we talk about inner circle, first of all, your inner circle is must be your defense mechanism. You know, every city always. Build a defense mechanism. They will put either the soldier at the border, they'll either, you know, put the tall tower to watch and with different radar to— so nothing can attack them. The inner circle, your inner circle will constitute that. Number 2, your inner circle, not— it's not going to be only the defense mechanism, but your inner circle will complete you. There's no— nothing you can do alone. I mean, you cannot do something really, really big alone. Sometimes you need people. That's why we always talk about mastermind. Your inner circle are those that are going to be supporting you. They will stand with you in a time of crisis. Your inner circle can bring resources to solve some of your major problems. You know, every day you have a business idea. Every day you have, I mean, some kind of people, things that you want to do. And sometimes you need people to bring ideas to you also, right? So people from your inner circle are those that can call you and say, hey, John, do you know that they have built a high-rise building right down the street and apartments are going for $200,000 a month, right? They want to fill up. Hey, John, there's this bank that just dropped the interest rate. They do 1% if you can take $100,000 from them or more. Hey, man, I just hear that that building down there is for sale. The county is selling that. It went to the auction. It was $1 million. Now it's $200,000. So you have to have an inner circle. Inner circle are your close people. People which you do business with, people where you can open yourself to it, people you can share deep ideas with, people you can refer with, people you can kick back with and just enjoy life together. Matter of fact, Tony Robbins have a huge, you know, Tony Inner Circle. Matter of fact, to get in that circle, you have to spend about $80,000 a year. But guess what? Tony will hold your hand and connect you with the banker. He'll be able to hold your hand and connect you with, you know, with a new governor. He will hold your hand and connect you with the best politician in your town. Within the inner circle, people share relationship, people share connection, people are known. Must become— my friend must become your friend. Your resource must become my resources. And then another person within our circle will also share their resource and their relationship with the whole group. Matter of fact, that's why I create a, a small group that I call my inner circle now, that we, we do business together, we share resources together, we share I mean, if you have a big contract, you need backup. From the inner circle, we can, you know, we can bring funds to back you up. But you can't open yourself to anybody, to bring anybody close to you. These people will be people that will have access to your kids, you have access to their kids, you guys will mingle together, you guys can travel together, you guys can enjoy life together, you can watch over each other. Together. So as a business person, you must make sure you, you, you know, you, you, you belong to an inner circle, you belong to a group, or you have to create one. People that you can give yourself to. And also make sure you are close enough to somebody, somebody where you can open yourself and tell them the truth, how you feel. Somebody you can share your resources with and all that. Now I'll talk about eight points you must consider while you put your inner circle together, or why you choose to even stand with somebody. And I'll start with the very strong, very, very, very strong proverb. You know, one of the things the Bible says, and people for you know, I hope you're not going to be offended that I'm using the Bible. That's my faith. That that's what I believe. In the, you know, the Bible says something very, very, very important. The Bible says in Proverbs 11:14 that the lack of guidance, a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisors. So who belong to— so the question will be, who belong to your inner circle? The lack of counsel, the nation falls, the business falls. Somebody go bankrupt because there's no counseling, there's no advice, there's not that people around you that can create the wall so if you fall they can hold you, they can bring you back. Lack of that, it doesn't matter what you want to build, if you don't have enough counsel, if you don't have people close enough to you that can advise you, that can support you, yes, that can support you. It doesn't matter how powerful you are, you need support, you need other people around. It's gonna collapse. It's gonna fall. So I'll talk about that 8th point that you must need to build your inner circle. See you tomorrow.
