In this motivational talk, the speaker emphasizes the importance of belonging to an inner circle rather than trying to build one alone. Drawing on personal experience and examples such as Tony Robbins, Donald Trump, and biblical references to Jesus, he argues that the defining quality of a valuable inner circle is loyalty—not performance. Loyalty is described as steadfast support even when disagreements arise, when the individual makes mistakes, or when circumstances are tough. The speaker uses a dog’s unconditional loyalty as a metaphor and urges listeners to seek, nurture, and embody loyalty within their business networks, warning that disloyalty can lead to failure.

Hey, my friend, I know you are doing so, so well. Hey, we are talking about how to build your inner circle or what or why you should belong to an inner circle because you may not have to build one now, but you must belong to one. When I started business, man, I was really alone. I didn't know that I had to be part of the inner circle. And so when I got close to to Tony Robbins, I have opportunity, you know, to be close, you know, to be close to some of his inner circle program. And that only, his influence introduced me to very, very high people. And since then, I mean, we have a— for example, our minister assistant. It's like an inner circle when you have all these great people that are doing exactly What you do, what you are doing, they are doing way better than you, that can share you, share the idea with you. So, it's very, very, very important to be part of the inner circle. Now, the second thing you must consider while you build your inner circle, or the second thing you must consider to receive while you belong to an inner circle is— What? You have to find people with loyalty. Loyalty. You know, one of the things I, I, I mean, I, I, I admire Donald Trump with is he's a loyal man. And one of the things he values in friendship is loyalty. And when we talk about loyalty, we're not talking about people that are loyal when you're doing well with them. You know, to, to measure loyalty is You know, when you don't— when you disagree with a person, could you still walk with the person? Could you still listen to the person? Could you continue to do business with the person? Or are you going to just turn around and slander the person on Facebook, on internet, or just say mean things or bad things as, you know, anger to that person? It's hard to find loyal people. And in within an inner circle, you get people that are loyal to you, not based on your performance, but because you belong, because who you are, because they are committed to you. I'm not talking about people you love you will love you because you love them. No, people who are loyal to you for a cause. When they say they would do, they would do. Those who say hey. Will stand with you. They will stand with you when things get tough. They will stand with you when things get when they they are even tired and they stand with you when even you disappoint them. Listen to me. When you disappoint them, they will still be loyal to you. That's what we are talking about in the inner circle. You have people that really going to stand with you. You know you can depend on them because they are loyal. I like to use a dog as an illustration. One of the great things I see through a dog, I mean, I didn't know this, you can punish the dog, you can punish the dog so bad, they will still love you. You may stop, you know, you may scream at them and beat them, they will come back again. Why? Because they are loyal to you. Join an inner circle or build an inner circle. But you must need people around you that are loyal, not based on your performance, but just because they commit to staying with you, to build that business with you, to build that organization with you. And they'll be loyal to you, not the way when if they see somebody else that is shining, they leave you and follow that person. No, people that will stand with you in the rain. And when the sun comes, they'll still be there with you. During the day, they'll be there. When the night comes, they'll be there. When the storm comes, they will stand with you because they are loyal to you. They are loyal to the vision. And that's what we actually— that's what we are promoting here in our inner circle. And if you are in business, know that you always need people that are loyal because sometimes you can make a big mistake. I see people that make mistake and everybody was following them just leave because they are disloyal. We experienced that with the Lord Jesus. He did a miracle early in the morning. Around the evening, people say crucify him. Disloyal people. Disloyalty. Make sure you pray for loyal people. Make sure you surround yourself with loyal people. Make sure you value loyalty and make sure you'll be one loyal person as well as you build your inner circle. All right, see you tomorrow.
