In this motivational talk, Raphael Djine explains the "law of the inner circle," urging leaders to deliberately choose close associates who possess strengths they lack. He argues that the right inner circle saves time, money, energy, and ultimately protects and grows a business. Djine illustrates the principle with vivid anecdotes—a costly DIY repair that a skilled handyman solved quickly, and the ease of consulting doctor friends for health advice or financial mentors for investment guidance. He stresses humility, recognizing that no single person can excel at everything, and recommends intentionally building a network of people whose gifts complement one’s own. By surrounding yourself with those who fill your gaps, you become more effective, appear stronger, and increase the likelihood of success in any venture.

And now the great question is, who should I bring into my inner circle? Who should I bring close to me? That's what I'm dealing with. I mean, this is going to save you money. It's going to save you headache. It's going to save, you know, you, you know, it's just going to save Save you, it's going to save your energy. It's going to save you a lot of energy down the road. And not only that, it's going to save your business because any wise man say, show me who you hang with, I can tell you who you are. Sometimes show me the financial of the people that you hang with, I can even give you the balance of your bank account. I used to be like, how could that be? How can you know based on what is in another person's pocket how much I will have? Trust me, it doesn't lie. If you hang with the broke people— not broke financially only, some people don't really have anything to contribute, even the emotion. That's why you need to gather all this in order to become successful. To be become successful in your business, to become successful in whatever you want to initiate it, right? So one of the things you have to one of the people you have to surround yourself with it is people that will actually complement your gift. People that are going to complementary your gift. People that It's going to make you look better. It's going to make you be perfect, perfect. The truth is that any single human being, any single human being is actually very, very gifted. Right? You may be a great musician, but you don't know how to write songs. Could you be humble enough to surround yourself with people that can help you with that? You can be a great musician. You can play the bass, but you don't know how to play drums. And in order to have a great song, somebody have to put the voice on it. Somebody have to write a song first, and somebody have to, you know, organize. Somebody even need to orchestrate and give a rhythm in a song. If you don't If you don't acknowledge other people give and surround yourself with people that can actually help you, that can actually assist you, trust me, it's going to be hard for you. Matter of fact, in order to do this video, I have to get somebody that is very good at it, at least who want to be good at it. From the beginning, I want to do it myself. I bought camera. I never put a camera on. That's not what I do. I talk. Frustration sometimes come by trying to be everybody or be everything. Your inner circle, you must surround your inner circle with people that are gifted in what you are not gifted in. Few days ago, I was trying to fix my wrench. I just have this little place that cow are breaking through and go out. Guess what? I went to the store and bought all these things. I spent almost $400. And I come and lay everything down like carpenter. And I couldn't kneel and fix the place. Matter of fact, I tried. The cow would just look at me like this. When I was done, they just knock it out and go. I called this guy called Orlando. He's a Latino guy. He came in a few minutes. He took less than 10% of everything I purchased. I even bought gloves, bought things for my head, my eyes, boots, and, you know, even a bed so I don't break my back. He just did that in a few minutes. I look at him and I look at my work. I look at myself and I feel sorry for myself. Sometimes You have to be so intentional. Draw people or get into the inner circle with people that have what you don't have. I love to surround myself with friend doctors. I can get on the phone with them in one minute. Hey buddy, this is what I'm feeling. What do you think is going on with me? They will help me. I have no knowledge for the medicine. This is the same friend who call me. Say, hey, Ralph, I have $10,000. How can I have $30,000 by the end of the year? I show them exactly how to do it. They'll be like, wow! Get around people that could complement you. Get around people that don't have what you have. Get around people that can balance you. Get around people. That can do what you are not good at. Acknowledge other people's gifts. Acknowledge other people's talents. Humble yourself and know that you are not good at everything. You cannot be the tallest person and be the shortest person. No. You may be the taller person, but not the shortest person. That's right. Get some short friend, or if you're too short, get some tall friend. All right, see you tomorrow.
