Job creation by Coach Raphael Djine || ILEAD GLOBAL

Coach Raphael Djine argues that African graduates can't rely on government jobs that don't exist. Instead, he says they should start businesses and solve problems at scale. He points to entrepreneurs who built billion-CFA companies and urges listeners to join the New Norm Conference in November for practical tools to launch ventures.

Hey, my friend, I know you are doing so well. Hey, one of the biggest, biggest huge challenge mainly in Africa is that, hey, people have finished their degree and they— I mean, they finished their education, but they can't have a job. Young people are graduating every day. I mean, anywhere from the bachelor to the doctoral degree. After that, guess what? They will start spending another 5, 6 years to apply for jobs that they didn't even have training for. These young people are extremely smart. Matter of fact, some of the big organizations have actually developed different programs to get all these smart people, just like a green card program in America to pick those who have a strong brain. You know, scholarship, some nations are giving scholarship. Germany is giving scholarship. If you have certain level of education, they want to bring you so you can serve and come and build the nation. But the catch here is what? If you live in Africa, it doesn't matter what degree you have, you can turn away from a job market and become a creator of job. What you actually learn, you can apply that to people. You don't have to go and get a job and wholesale your hour so your boss can resell it there and give you a fraction of that. You must start a business. You must get into business. And sometimes when people hear this, they get freaked out, like, okay, what is business? Business is just going solving problem. If you go with, you know, if you align yourself with a company or you just position yourself out there, develop a system, You'll be solving problem. So today, a lot of people are depending on the government to start recruit them or to give them job. The government is a small, very, very, very, very a small in any nation. The government is actually the small, small, small organization that can offer job. How many people can work for the government? Matter of fact, the government is the wrong place to go look for job, I think. Because you're not going to grow. You can't grow. You can't learn what— from the government and start apply into the normal life. You have to go into the private sector. The public sector is not a place to go. You go get into the private sector, learn either from a mentor or learn from a coach and see how they are doing. And tomorrow you can start your own business. Look at companies like the guy that owns Congelcom. Today, so many other businessmen who actually worked with him for years, they have their own company and they are doing a billion. I'm talking about billions CFA. If you just finished your education and you don't know what to do, you probably want to join the School of Code. You probably want to join a school of 365. Matter of fact, if you're in Africa, you want to attend the New Norm Conference because you are really smart. You're very, very smart. You know how to follow direction. You prove it. That's why you was graduated. And you know the traditional education is to, you know, show you how to solve a problem and show you the system how to solve that problem. And when you solve that problem, They grade you from it. So you know how to follow a system. You know how to develop a system. It will be very easy for you to go to to go into business. But the truth is that the person that spent the time to train you want you to come and serve them. That's why they will show you that hey, if you try on your own, you fail. In in fact, nobody can fail in life. Nobody fail. That's why every year total They still come out with a new car. Do you think they failed the previous years? No. They change the result. They make it better. I want you to get in business. I want you to start solving problems in a massive way. Yes, you went into medical school. Why don't you start a clinic? Why do you have to go and work for a hospital and collect, I don't know, $1,000 a month? or $2,000 a month while you have people that can line up so you can treat them? Because that's exactly what you do when you get to the hospital. The difference is that you believe in a guy that rent a building and give you a room. You come and serve under that. He collect the money and give you 5% or 10%. Why don't you go in business for yourself? And I believe some people, a lot of people are giving up Because at the point they say, what is the point of this? You went to school for years and then on the job market you are treated as nobody, as a person without education. Even though yet you are the frontliner in solving problems. Go to the School of 365. I'll give you a blueprint on how to start and run a successful business. I mean, the same thing I apply every day in my own business. And not only that, I can carry the same toolbox that Tony Robbins, that, you know, creates so many businesses that make billions. He's one of the 50, 50, you know, great, great business intelligence in the world today. I can share that information with you so you can do well. But whatever you do, don't miss the conference in November. It's going to be the new norm. There's a new way to do business. Stop following the job market. They have nothing to offer you. Matter of fact, just do the math. Imagine if you make $1,000 a month and you have to work for 40 years. How much is that? Come on. That should scare you. But when you go in business, the sky will be the limit. You can do a billion. Because you will be able to solve the problem in a massive way. All right, so I'll see you in November.
