MONEY - Why People Are Broke? 40 7 Rule || Coach Raphael Djine, iLAED Global

In this motivational talk, Coach Raphael Djine introduces the "47 rule" (also called the 40/7 rule), which proposes that for every 40 hours of work one should devote at least 7 hours to personal growth. He describes his own extreme schedule— waking at 4 am, working up to 16 hours a day, and allocating roughly 9 hours daily to self‑education through audio seminars, reading, and mentorship. Djine emphasizes that knowledge, not formal degrees, drives wealth, citing Tony Robbins, Simon Sinek, Peter Drucker, Grant Cardone, and others as his daily learning sources. He mandates that his students read at least one book per week and participates in structured community activities such as weekly brainstorming sessions, mastermind classes, and monthly retreats. The core message is that continuous self‑improvement creates problem‑solving ability, which in turn attracts money; money does not need to be chased, it will seek those who have grown.

All right. Rule number 5. This is called the 47 rule. The 47 rule. How many hours somebody work— people work, averagely? 47. 47 rules. Most people work for 40 hours per week, right? How many hours per week do you think people spend to improve themselves? 47 rules of self-improvement. Work for 40 hours, spend at least 7 hours per week to grow. If you are not growing, it doesn't matter how much you know, you're actually dying. Whatever, whatever stops growing starts dying. The moment you stop growing, you start dying. An average person on planet Earth, average, not a good person, works for 40 hours. I don't work for 40 hours. I work for probably about 16 hours a day. 16 hours. 16 hours. I work— people work for 8 hours per day. I work for 16 hours. I get up at 4 o'clock, and I'm at work. And I go to bed the earliest 10 PM. 4 to 10 PM. And most of the time, I'm working. But guess what? I'm pushing from 4, 4, 4, 5, 6, 7. That's 3 hours. I work on myself. Hour from my house to the office, I'm working on myself. On my way back home, another hour, I'm working on myself. When I get home— when I get to the office, I try to take about 2 to 3 hours. to study, either audio or seminar and all that, or sit down and read. About 2 hours average. I have to do at least 2 hours. And then on my way, on my way home, before I go to bed, I try to do at least an hour, hour and a half. It depends. So probably about 2 hours. 4. So this is an average about 9 hours. per day. So out of my 16, or out of my whole probably about 18 hours per day, I try to put 9 hours to work on myself. Everything I'm reading, everything I'm learning is so I can become better. 9 hours. So the 47 is— Is that 9 hours a day? That's like the low you can do. That means every day God created, you take 1 hour to improve yourself. Learn. Learn. Get mentored. Get coached. Learn new things and all that, and you become better. If you want more, you must become better. Matter of fact, Tony Robbins say that every single human being on planet, what you own, what you have, what you have in your bank account, What you have, I mean, whatever you own reflects your level of knowledge. And I'm, when I talk about knowledge, I'm not talking about the degree, because the degree is somebody, is, is, is the approvement of somebody to you based on certain facts. Maybe they give you the math, say, okay, 1 1 is equal to what? You say 2, and they say, yes, you are a doctor. What is the difference between a PhD and a master's degree? Matter of fact, I have a university that gave me 2 doctoral degrees. Never been to school. They gave me 2 doctoral degrees. They said, man, you're doing good. We'll give you this honorary doctorate. Does that make you— if you, you know, if I call you a doctor, does that make you a doctor? No. But the title Could not make you do what you are called for, but the function qualifies the title. And if you want to function, you must grow and develop yourself to become the person that could actually be that person. Grow yourself to become the person that can be that person. That's this. This sounds really good. I like this. I should tweet it. Somebody must tweet that. You must grow to become the person that can be validated with the title. So, spend time. 1 hour. Matter of fact, all my students, I'm asking them to read a book. At least, at least, at least a book a week. When you are reading a book a week, that's, I mean, that's a low level of life. How do you know if you're reading a book? As a leader, one book a week, that's nothing. I mean, you have leaders that are doing more books. Matter of fact, when I get off every day from my first 3 hours, it's because I want to break the book. I want to suck myself into it. This morning I was listening to Simon Sinek. Cynic. Man, great idea. I spent an hour and a half with him and then I dropped with Paul at Drucker and just learned about business strategy, business strategy, business strategy, business strategy. Tomorrow I will learn something else. I keep absorbing and absorbing, absorbing, absorbing. Spend at least an hour a day if you're a beginner. That's why I have this video. A lot of you are doing so well because you have absorbed this information. Every morning I listen to Tony Robbins. Every day. Sometimes I'm dealing with John. Sometimes I'm dealing with this great leader based on the area where I want to learn. Sometimes I'm just about money, money, money, money, money. So, Sometimes I'm dealing with Grant. All these guys that are making billions, I'm learning from them. But you have to make time for that. That's why I don't have— I don't know what's going on in TV. I don't have time to watch TV. I don't make money watching TV. I don't grow watching TV. But I listen to somebody that can take me where I want to be. Thank you. I follow somebody that actually is my role model. I follow somebody that is solving the problem I want to solve. The rule of 40/7. If you— every 40 hours you spend, spend at least 7 for yourself to grow yourself, to better yourself. Now, we have brainstorming every Sunday. We have a school of coaching. We have a class mastermind every Friday, and I teach myself every other Friday. Every Sunday morning we have brainstorming. I have a meeting with my inner circle almost once a week. All this because we want to grow. We want to grow. We have retreat going on in every nation. Every, every month we have retreat. We have retreat going on. We have retreat going on because we want to develop ourselves. We want to be better. We want to do better. We want to do more. That's the root of money. If you want more money, don't look for money. Work on yourself. Money will come to you. I never hear a millionaire or billionaire say, I'm looking for money. No, no, no, no, you don't chase money. Money is looking for you. Money is moving around looking for the right person. When the money see the right person, bam, they stay there and stick with that person. The person move, the money follow. The person move, the money follow. Why? Because the person is apply the rule. If you grow yourself, you can solve problems, and then money will be chasing you all the time.
