In this segment of a financial‑coaching talk, Coach Raphael Djine presents his third "law of money": "If you can’t write it off, don’t buy it." He argues that in the United States the average taxpayer spends roughly four months of the year covering taxes, and that the key to preserving wealth is to purchase only assets that can be deducted or otherwise offset against tax liability. Djine cites the practices of billionaires—who, through strategic use of write‑offs, leasing, and asset structuring, often pay little or no tax—as evidence that the system can be gamed. He shares a personal anecdote about a $480,000 IRS dispute that took two years to resolve, illustrating how even high earners can lose most of their income if they fail to understand the tax‑avoidance game. The coach then promotes his "inner‑circle" mentorship program, claiming it teaches high‑net‑worth individuals (minimum $1 million USD) how to acquire the right assets, avoid liabilities, and systematically protect their wealth. The segment ends with a transition to a fourth law, reinforcing the sales‑oriented nature of the presentation.

Okay, law number three. Law number three: the rule or the law of money. Law number three is if you can't write it off, don't buy it. If you can't write it off, don't buy it. If you live in America, we all know that most people pay up to seventy percent in taxes. Matter of fact, all America work for four months to pay tax. And then the rest of 8 months, they do whatever they want to do. Some people, when you ask them, what do you spend your most money on, they will say that my house. Unless you are hiding yourself from IRS, you work 4 months to just pay Uncle Sam. So, whatever you buy, if you can write off, it help you to absorb that 4 months. That's why you have people like Donald Trump and all the billionaires, That don't pay a penny on tax. They know how to play the game. It's like a game. They know how to play it. But if you don't, you buy things that you cannot write off, you end up buying all, everything, and take the rest of the money and give to Uncle Sam. And then you'll always be out of money. That's why the novice, the new millionaire, when they get to a millionaire club, they lose the money again and get back down. And come back up and get back down. Because if you make a million or more, you're taxed, you're on the high tax bracket. So now you have to know how to buy things. You have to— the way of buying things. And that's one of the things, if you are part of my mentor, you know, my inner circle, I teach you, you know, how to spend your money. How to— because I mean, I was hitting hard with it. I remember when $480,000 All my money was leveraged by IRS because they was accusing me that I make too much money and I'm not paying enough tax. I said, I'm paying tax. But I didn't know the game. It took me 2 years to clear that. You may make $6 million or $10 million. If you don't understand the rule of money, you lose almost all of them because your thief, the person that's going to take the money away from you, It's not a normative. It's the legal government that can come and take that money away from you. And they don't care. You can cry. I mean, they throw you in jail. You know, you have to know what to buy and how to buy. I used to ask myself, why this guy buy a plane? Why this guy buy a $200,000 car? Why this guy is leasing this? Why this guy is doing this? Why this guy is— doing this. If you don't understand the game, you may lose all your money. So if you make a million dollars or more, you want to be part of my inner circle because I will show you. I show where I lose money, my mistake, and then I'll coach you how to really, really, really, really buy the right assets and also not buy the liability. Buy things that you can write off. Buy things that spend your money the proper way so you don't lose your money. But this is only if you worth at least a million dollars, million US dollars, which is half billion CFA. Okay, law number four.
