In this motivational finance talk, Coach Raphael (Coach Ralph) emphasizes Warren Buffett’s core principle that the most important rule of money is to never lose it. He repeats this rule three times to stress its primacy. Building on that, he introduces his own EKM framework—Earn, Keep, Multiply. ‘Earn’ means generating income through work or entrepreneurship; ‘Keep’ warns against handing cash to banks or others, urging people to retain control and invest it in productive assets; ‘Multiply’ involves creating systems or “money machines” that generate passive income. He illustrates multiple income‑generating vehicles such as trucking (leveraging other people’s trucks), Airbnb rentals, car leasing, and real‑estate investments, highlighting the power of leveraging existing assets to build wealth. Ralph also promotes partnership: instead of asking for money, he suggests pooling resources to buy or build these machines together. The overarching message is that losing money—through frivolous spending or misplacing it in non‑productive accounts—is why many remain broke, while disciplined earning, safeguarding, and systematic multiplication lead to financial abundance.

Now the rule number 8, man, this is a— this is the best, best, best, best. Warren Buffett actually says this, um, and all millionaires or billionaires share this, this, this concept. Rule number 8 is never lose money. Never lose money. I don't care what you do. It's actually one of the very important rules of money. Never lose money. I mean, I have people ask me sometimes, Coach Ralph, you know, we want you to give money to do this. I say, okay, so you want me to give $100,000? What is it going to produce? They say, oh no, why are you always about money produce? I don't want to lose money. If you lose money, they're not going to come back to you because you're a bad guy. You are losing money. That's why some people are broke. They've been losing money. You have money, you go buy rims. You gotta have money, you go buy tennis shoes. You go buy money, you go buy crazy clothes. You have money, you go buy things that you are losing money with. Or you just put on anything. And some people just buy anything because they're like, man, it's only $10. No. Matter of fact, the— one of the wealthy men on earth say the rule— the first rule of money is never lose money. The second rule of money is never lose money. The third rule of money is never lose money. That's what Warren Buffett say. All the 3 rules of money, never lose money, never lose money, never lose money. And little bit down, he say earn money. Okay, let me give you my rules of money. I call that E T M. E stands for earning money. Earn money. No, it's a— it's not ET, it's EKM. Keep money. That means you can position the money and then multiply. Multiply your money. Multiply your money. So you earn it, you have it, and you multiply. And this is where we are. You earn it, that's where you go to work. You have to work. You have to work. When it comes to you, make sure you keep it. Don't give to the banker. Don't give it. I hate to say this, but you should not give. You should never give your money to somebody. You use your money. You put your money into something that's going to produce money. Don't. That's why I say keep. The money. Sometimes we earn the money, we even let the money leave our boss and go straight to the banker. You earn it, go to the banker, he keep it. The banker is even ask people to send money directly to them. So you walk, you don't see money. It just go from the banker. From the bank. From the job to the banker, from the job. So, you have not— you only have paper. Earn money, keep money, and multiply the money. You earn it, it come to you, and you develop a system. You make a money machine with it. Money machine is a product, it's a service, it's a system. whatever you are using as a vehicle to develop, to make wealth. All wealthy people have multiple sources of income. They have multiple ways, multiple machines they develop that is bringing them money every morning. While they are taking a shower, money is falling into the basket. When they are sleeping, they wake up, money is there. When they get up early in the morning— If you check Walmart, Sometimes I go at Walmart at 5 AM, people are in the parking lot waiting for Walmart to open with money in their hand. They have money, they are waiting. When they open the door, they rush in and give the money and go back home. Why? Because the guy have a machine to collect it. We are talking about the rule of money. What are— how many machines do you actually have to collect this garbage thing? If you don't have one, that's bad. Matter of fact, that's why we can partner. We're not asking you for your money. We go to the market together and buy machine and use the money to develop a product or a service that can pay us dividends. the rest of our life. The thing is that there's so much abundance, and together we can always do more. If you don't know what to do, you have, I mean, $10,000 or more, you don't know what to do, there's so much you can put money in it, and that money can develop and keep giving you money. Sometimes you can leverage other people's stuff. Like, I mean, for example, you can get in a trucking company without a truck and leverage somebody else's truck to make money. Now you have a lot of money and you can buy your truck later on. Leverage. Small money, when you develop a system with it, that can give you money in abundance. Airbnb concept. You go and rent a place and it becomes a hotel. And you make so much money and go out there and buy an apartment complex. You have people that rent a car now and put into turbo and lease it, make money every day and pay the renter car and pocket part of the money. System. You just have to be creative. Thank you. All right. Never lose money. Earn money, keep money, multiply the money. Don't give your money to anybody. I don't care what the person say. I don't care how smart the person say. They will just be other banker. I'm not one of the guy that will say, bring me your money. No. Come, let's go make money together. Let's learn and do it together. All right.
