Hey, my friend. Hey, we are having fun with this. Hey, how to break into every obstacle and make sure the obstacle be the way you are going to be formatted not to ever back out when opposition come. Let it be the way. Let it be the motivator factor so you can really, really press on. We talk about recognize your power, right? Today we will talk about separate objectives. And subjective reality, separate objective from subjective reality. The truth is that whenever we face adversity or whenever, you know, there's a problem somewhere, guess what? We do everything to construct what that thing could be. We can start, you know, in our mind somehow, either we can magnify The problem, or we can shred the problem and let it be something as small as something that we can just crush. And every time when you face adversity, guess what? The first thing you will do, either you magnify the problem or you shred the problem in your mind. And whatever area you take is going to determine if you can press on or if you back out. For sure. from that as an entrepreneur, as a business person. There's nothing out there, nothing, no problem that you cannot solve. Yes. There's no problem out there that you cannot solve. Matter of fact, you can back away from it. It doesn't mean you cannot solve it. It's just that you decide not to solve, right? So you can magnify the problem, and in order for you to back away from obstacle, you have to magnify that. You have to see the thing as not as it is, but you have to magnify and just defeat yourself before you even face the problem. You have to tell yourself that, hey, this is— there's impossibility in this thing. There's no way I could solve this problem with my client. There's no way I can take my company to this level. There's no way we can accomplish this. In order to do that, you have to really, really, really magnify the problem instead of shredding the problem in the suitable portion where you can scratch, where you can just press onto it, right? You have to learn how to tell yourself whenever you are dealing with a problem, and I think Ryan Holiday said something Very, very powerful. He says many problems are amplified by our preconceived judgment becoming— preconceived judgment becoming subjective rather than objective. Many problems are magnified based on our preconceived judgment. When you are facing adversity, what do you tell yourself? Did you magnify the problem? Or do you just tell yourself, see how you fail, how you fail solving that problem? Or you can see yourself winning? Most athletes who actually broke the different high records, there's always, it's always said that they, they win in their mind before they get on the field. Are you that person? You lose every battle before you even get on the battlefield? Or you can crush the thing? before you even get there. You can get up and know that, hey, this month I'm going to make my payroll. This month I'm going to take my company public. This month I will start that business. This month, whatever list I have on my goal, nothing will stop me. When opposition come, you push back and press on. We are talking about obstacle be the way. How can you apply this in your business? How could you recalibrate yourself to be that person, that person that can press on and not back up and not back out? That person that even in the midst of all challenge can always press on because it doesn't matter how big the situation is, you can still shred that and crush it as a business person. You must condition your mind to face any oppos— you know, any opposition. And you have to start ask a different question. How could this be done? How, how can I do this? If you need to try one solution, and even if you don't get a result you are looking for, you can twist and pivot and try another solution again. And then you get a different result. And then you can try another solution. Until you get exactly the result you are looking for. Listen, let obstacles be your way because that's how you're going to make it. That's how you're going to grow big. That's how you're going to— you are going to serve so many people. That's how you add value to others. Because when everybody back away, guess what? They will back away because they will see a mountain. But you, you press on because you saw a little rock, because you saw a little stone, because you saw a little thing that anybody can crush. That's what makes you a winner. How can you apply this in your business today? What are some of the things you almost back out? Maybe because of budget. Maybe you have to take a bigger office or bigger shop. But that thing constitutes an obstacle because you focus on what the rent is going to be. You forget about what you could be making. Maybe you have to get— go get a more qualified worker and you are focused on salary instead of focus on what the person is going to be bringing. Change your mind. Shrink that problem in a suitable portion. And then you'll crush it. Do that and give me some comment. See you tomorrow.
