In this motivational monologue aimed at entrepreneurs and businesspeople, the speaker argues that obstacles are inevitable but can be conquered by clearly distinguishing between what is within one’s control and what is not. He illustrates this with the example of rain ruining an event, emphasizing that external factors are beyond control, while internal responses—emotion, judgment, creativity, attitude, perspective, desire, decisions, and determination—are fully controllable. The speaker urges listeners to consciously regulate their emotions, adopt a constructive attitude, harness creativity, and maintain a strong desire to solve problems. He stresses the importance of persistent, iterative effort—trying multiple approaches and revisiting them until a solution is found. By focusing energy on controllable elements and ignoring the rest, one can break through any obstacle and achieve desired outcomes. The talk concludes with a teaser for the next session, which will explore how theory combined with action creates reality.

Hey, my friend. I know you are doing so, so well. Hey, listen. I'm just having fun with this thing. Hey, if you ask any person on the planet Earth, what is your most— what things bring you the most frustration? Obstacle. Obstacle. When I don't know what to do, what do I do? Some people just shred and die. Some people go back to their mom, be like, Mama, Mama, Mama, come help me. As an entrepreneur and as a businessman, you must know how to crush any obstacle. You must look— matter of fact, you must look for obstacles. But guess what? The point number 3, what is up to you? You have to know what is up to you and what is not up to you. You must separate what is up to you and what is not up to you. Let me illustrate this way. If it rains, on your event. That could be a big obstacle, right? So what do you do? You can go and worry about it and cry about it and whatever you want to do. Guess what? It's not up to you. There's nothing you can do about it. So when you are faced with obstacles, you have to make sure you cross, you make that line. What is up to me? What can I do? Now, what is not up to me? What area of this thing I have no control? About it. You have to define that when you are facing an obstacle. What is up to you and what is not up to you. You have to know this. You have to always— you are always in control of your emotion. You control your emotion. You can decide however you want to shape your emotion. I can decide to be happy or sad. It's up to me. You cannot control my emotion, but I can control my emotion. What is up to you and what is not up to you? I can wrap myself and, you know, and just jump and get in that beautiful stage, right? No one can control my emotion. I will not let anybody control my emotion. So when you are facing with obstacle, make sure you control your emotion, your judgment. Nobody can control your judgment. You can judge however you want to judge, right? Hey, this is something I can crush, or this is something There's nothing I can do with this. It's up to you. Your creativity— you can decide to be creative as much as you want to. You can decide. No one can control that. Your attitude— your attitude toward whatever you are facing— you can have a right, good attitude, or bad attitude to it. Those are things that you control. Your perspective— how do you That's it. You can magnify like I said yesterday, or you can look and be like, you know what, I can crush this. Your desire, how much do you want to really solve that problem? Are you in just a low energy and be like, man, it really doesn't matter? What does it mean to you? When you solve that problem, what is it going to look like for you? How could this change your life? What is this going to bring into your life? You have control over that. Your decision. You can decide to break it. You can decide to find a solution. You can decide to search until you find a solution. This is going to be up to you, and you control that. Your choice and determination. Thank you. You can try 20 times, bring 20 approaches. If it doesn't work, you can go back and try again. It's up to you. It's going to always be up to you. Nobody can come in and help you for that and help you with that. We are talking about how to break any obstacle, how to confront anything in your life and then overcome it. You control all that. Now, everything else can be beyond your ability or your control. When you know, when you discern what you can control and what you cannot control, you break it into parts. Focus on what you can control. Now, anything else, don't worry about it. It's just like death and life. I mean, you can stay healthy and live, but you can't control after you die, right? So if you are worried, oh my God, when I die, what is going to happen? I don't know what's going to happen. I don't know. But while you are still here, what can you do to stay healthy? What can you do to stay alive? We are talking about how to break through every opposition, every obstacle. And get exactly what you want or be where you want to be. Go ahead and put some comment out there how you deal with some of these obstacles, some of the things that you scared, you thought you was going to die, you was not going to make it, but yet you make this to inventory and it was just a piece of cake. All right. Tomorrow we'll talk about the theory, the action, and the— the theory plus action will equal reality. All right, see you tomorrow.
