In this motivational monologue, the speaker addresses entrepreneurs and leaders, emphasizing the critical role of "momentum" in overcoming obstacles and achieving business success. Using the metaphor of an airplane’s take‑off, he explains that momentum is the combination of inner fire, fear, and self‑will that propels a venture from a slow start to effortless acceleration. He argues that without visible momentum, startups struggle to secure loans, attract talent, or gain market attention, but once momentum is established, opportunities flow naturally. The speaker shares a personal anecdote about founding Ali Global with just three people and scaling it to hundreds of thousands of participants, illustrating how sustained self‑motivation, resource‑seeking, and rewarding oneself can generate the necessary momentum. He concludes by previewing the next topic—"mental flip"—and invites the audience to share their own strategies for creating momentum during adversity.

Hey, my friend. Hey, I'm just having fun. As an entrepreneur, you have to master the power. You know, you have to develop that inner strength that you need to really face any problem. As I was sharing with the team today, that, I mean, any entrepreneur, any leader is a problem solver. And the more problems you can solve, the better you'll be. the better you position yourself. And hey, the whole world, almost 8 billion people, they're out there with so much money in their pocket. They're ready to pay somebody to solve their problem. So your ability to seize a problem and confront it and face it and develop a solution will take you very, very, very high. I always say, if you observe or if you watch the plane, any plane take off, the plane have to raise something that we call momentum. And I want to talk about momentum today. What is momentum in the life of entrepreneur or when the entrepreneur face any problem? It's actually the— that, that inner— that combination, combination of fear, strength, uh, fire that you develop from within to lift your spirit where you have enough energy, enough strength Enough self-will to confront any situation. When the plane take off, I'm sure you observe that the plane have to go back to the starting point and take off and press the speed. But when they start, they go slowly and they have to develop the speed and build the speed into the highest speed. And when they build that, they just raise the wing and the wing will block the air and the air will make them take off almost as if it was effortless. But from the beginning, they have to put a lot of strength to create what we call momentum. It's just like you in business. I'm sure when you start business, nobody want to even give you a loan. Nobody want to partner with you because you haven't developed any momentum. You haven't shown anything. You haven't developed anything that People can recognize with you, right? And then when you develop the momentum, your name will be all over the town. You'll be on a billboard. Everybody will know, talk about you. And hey, now everybody come to you. They want to do business with you. Why? Because you develop a momentum. When you are facing adversity, you have to understand that you have to develop a momentum. You have to create it. You, not any other person. You have to encourage yourself. You have to prompt yourself. You have to literally reward yourself. You have to go out there, look for every single resource, everything you needed to face whatever you need to do it. You have to do it. Sometimes when you even start a new company, if you only have one worker, Sometimes some people come to the interview, after you interview them, they will go back home. When you call them, they don't want to come back. Why? Because there's no momentum. Versus another company with tons of workers, you know, everybody wants to be there. Why am I saying all this? When you are facing adversity, you have to develop a momentum. Maybe people are not going to be there to cheer you. People are not going to be there to support you. Maybe even the closer— your close friend may not even believe in you. But you have to stay there and believe in yourself. You have to create that moment. You have to create that momentum. You have to bring every single energy that you need, just like the way the plane take off, and charge into this. Because when you take off, everything is going to be effortless. Maybe the effort you are, you are using to take off, it may not be the same effort you use to continue. You have to develop the power of momentum. You have to encourage yourself. You have to motivate yourself. You have to keep going even when you are not feeling. You have to push yourself. It may not be pleasurable, but those will be your time to develop that momentum. I remember when we started Ali Global, it was just me and 2 guys. I mean, there was just 2 of us. It was sad. Today, I mean, we have meeting with tons of people. We have meeting going on all over the place. We have you in the school of 365, or maybe you may be in school of coaching. Now there's a— I mean, hundreds of thousands people all over that experience this. You have to create a momentum to take off. You have to do it. That's the way to pierce any obstacle. That's the way to face any obstacle. So tomorrow We'll talk about mental flip. You have to condition your mental. You have to know how to flip it. So tomorrow we will talk about that. Now share with me how you've been— how do you create a momentum in your own organization when you face adversity? When you have faced an obstacle, how do you regain the strength that you need to really, really press on? Share with me, and I'll see you tomorrow.
