In this motivational monologue, Danyls Ngongang (referencing Master Coach Raphael Djine) explains that happiness and sadness are ultimately decisions we make. He outlines a three‑step framework for consistently choosing happiness: (1) focus – where you direct your attention determines where your energy flows; (2) meaning – the interpretation you assign to any event shapes your emotional response; and (3) action – the concrete steps you take based on that meaning can reinforce either a positive or negative outcome. Throughout, he illustrates each step with relatable scenarios (loss of a loved one, a late friend, rain, seeing barefoot people in India) and contrasts how the same circumstance can be viewed as a setback or an opportunity. The talk emphasizes that by consciously managing focus, meaning, and action, anyone can make quick, intentional decisions to stay happy, improve business performance, and feel fulfilled. The speaker closes with an encouraging call‑to‑action, “See you at the top.”

Hey, my friend. I know you are doing super, super well. Hey, I'm here to you know charge you so you can go out there and do what you do best, and not only do that, but man strive, you know boost your business and and be fulfilled. Today, so many people are sad, and some are very, very happy, and and sometimes we. I ask myself, what's the difference between the guy that is sad and the guy that is happy? You know, let me tell you something. Today you can decide to be happy or you can decide to be sad. The reality is that there's 3 points that I will give you. If you want to be happy, you could be happy. If you want to be sad, you can be sad intentionally. Like I say, you know, some people are very frustrated and some are very, very happy. And now I want to give you the key how to stay happy because when you are happy, you can actually do so much. So I get down to what really— how people decide to be happy or decide to be sad. Uh, you know, like I said, we are looking for so many stuff— clothes, car, money, and all kind of stuff— to be happy. Everything rests under the decision. It's the decision that you make that the, the happiness or sadness will come from the decision. And sometimes, to a lot of people, it's really, really hard to make a decision. So how do you make a decision to stay happy or to stay sad? You know, the number one thing is going to be, you know, what you focus on. What you focus on. Where focus goes, energy goes. Whatever you focus on, it becomes your reality because wherever focus goes, energy flows to whatever you are focused on. If you are focused on losing, you'll feel pain and then you're going to feel bad. Right? Because you actually channel your energy on that. Just think about it. If somebody come and lie to you that, you know, maybe you, you, you, one of the very important persons, you pass away, you know, you focus on that, you focus on the loss and all that, and then you become sad. You become sad because you focus all your energy, you are focused on the death, and then therefore the energy will go through. And the, the, uh, your focus will be on that, and then the energy will be flow toward that. Number 2, you have to define, okay, what does this mean to me? Okay, I just lost a very important person. What does it mean to me? What you feel begins with what your focus are actually going through and the meaning of that event or that thing. What does it mean to you? What does it mean to you? Nothing good or nothing is good or bad except the meaning you give to the thing. You know, somebody lost can be, you know, a person that went to be with the law, or maybe somebody that you're never gonna see again, and therefore you just lose the person. What does the event mean to you? What, you know, what does— whatever just happened, what does it mean to you? That's very, very important. It could make you sad or it could make you happy. Just like your friend, you are expecting a friend and he's 10 minutes late. What does that mean? Is it an insult? What's the meaning? What meaning do you give to that? Is it an insult or he's just going through traffic or maybe he's stuck somewhere? Whatever meaning you give to that, that is going to, you know, that's going to determine how you'll be. Either you're going to be sad or you're going to be happy. The meaning we give to any event. And the third thing is, what am I going to do? You know, What am I going to do? That's the third thing. Based on every, every, every event in your life, there's something you can do about it. I mean, I heard a story from a preacher. 2 people went to India. You know, they saw so many people without shoes. One came back and just, you know, he was so sad that people didn't have shoes and, you know, and sink into depression. And another person came back and be like, wow, what the, you know, million, billion people with no shoes. This is opportunity. In front of every event, you can do something positively or negatively based on the meaning you give to that event. The truth is that nothing is good or bad except the meaning you give to that. And then now what you do about the situation can change everything. I mean, somebody say some people see a glass glass half full, or another see the glass half empty. Think about all these 3 steps. This is how sometimes you become sad or you become happy. And these 3 methods help you to cut the decision all the time. You can decide in face of any situation to be happy, or you can decide to be sad. When it rain, you know, that can be a loss to you. First, focus. Two, what does this? What did this mean? Oh, maybe God is punishing us, or you know, God is don't want me to go to work. And then what do you do about it? Maybe you go back inside the house and lay down and be sad. The same situation. It rains. A salesperson like Tony Robbins always say, be like, oh wow! What opportunity to go out and sell more? Focus. So he focus on the result. He He focused on what he want. Number 2, what did this mean to me? Oh, this is opportunity to me to jump out there and find any— anybody that may need to buy my product home and sell it. What am I going to do? Let me hit the ground right now and make the money. You can apply this in every aspect of your life or every situation. So you know how to make a short decision, a quick decision. First of all, to decide if you're going to be Are you gonna be happy or are you gonna be sad? See you at the top. Danyls Ngongang.
