In this introductory video, the presenter from iLEAD Global School of Business explains what a "dream" means in the context of entrepreneurship and personal development. He defines a dream as an inspired picture of the future that energizes the mind, will, and emotions, and stresses that a meaningful dream must stem from one’s purpose and potential. Using examples such as becoming an Olympic athlete or an actor, he illustrates how age, physical condition, and personal abilities affect the feasibility of a dream. The speaker emphasizes that a strong dream fuels discipline, early‑morning work, and joy‑driven effort, acting as a blueprint that guides actions and decisions. He announces that the next segment will cover four reasons why people stop dreaming and promises a follow‑up on how to test and validate a business idea over the coming 10‑15 days, turning the dream into reality.

Hey, my friend, I believe you are doing so well. Hey, listen, I'm just so happy to be here with you today. Hey, we have been talking about sell, sell, and sell. And you know, today I want to dive and talk about your dream. I want to revise, you know, your dream again. I'm sure there's so much in you that you want to accomplish, and sometimes you probably have some idea, you know, business idea, and you don't know if it's the right business idea or not. So So I want to take almost this, the few days we have ahead of us, to teach you how to actually test the idea and make sure it's worth put your time on it or invest yourself on it. So during the next, I mean, 10, 15 days, I will deal with, you know, go from dream to reality, how to actually test that dream and make sure it's something that you invest your time, your money, And also even you'll bring your team on board to work on it. Now, most people talk about a dream. And what is a dream? What is the dream? What is the dream? First of all, we have to understand that a dream is an inspired picture of the future that energizes your mind, will, and emotion. Empower you to do everything you can to achieve it. A general dream is a picture and blueprint of a person's purpose and potential. So whatever purpose you have, whatever potential you have, whatever you want to accomplish, what is your purpose? That's where your dream will be derived from. And what is your potential? What are you good at? That's where it starts from. I don't want you to just jump about, you know, talk about a dream and trying to test your dream without knowing your potential. If your dream, for example, is to become a football player, and then you are 75 years old or you are 55 years old, it may be a great— it may sound great, But do you have the potential to actually get that done? That would be my question. So now, if your dream is to become the— I don't know— actor, for example. Let's say if one of your dreams is to get the Olympic gold medal, and you, through judo, just like me, and then you are overweight, and you are not doing any training, and maybe you are advancing in age. It may not be— maybe you may not have a potential to do it. So, the dream, you have to understand that your dream is an inspired picture of the future that energizes your mind. The inspired picture of you, of a future that actually energizes your mind. Now, some people don't want to dream at all because it scares them. They're so afraid. You know, of saying that, hey, this is what I want to do in my life. This is what I want to become. This is what I want to, you know, to be down the road 3 years from now. If you don't have that energized picture that inspires you, how are you going to have a life? So you must dream. You must have a dream. And not only that, it energizes your mind, your will. You know, it pushes you, it prompts you to get up early in the morning, and that early in the morning can be 2 AM, and you'll be wondering, wow, it's 2 AM and I thought it was 7 or 6, because of your dream. It puts you into the emotional state, beautiful state. You get so energized by your dream. And not only that, your dream empowers you to do everything you can. To achieve it. I always say when you set a right dream, when you have a great dream, it pushes you to become the person that will have to accomplish that dream. I was sharing with a team of leaders another day how I spend 7 hours every day to study. I mean, that's not what I want to do, but based because of where I'm going, because of what I need to accomplish, because of my dream. I'm forced to do that. Not just forced, I do with joy because that's the only way I can actually accomplish my dream. If you want to be, you know, go to Olympic, you know, or World Cup as a soccer player, you train yourself, right? Because you have a goal. You have things you want to accomplish. If you want to be the best business person in your locality or in your nation, I'm sure you work hard. You work smart, and that's why maybe you are here developing yourself, because you want to become a best version of yourself. Again, the dream gives you the blueprint. It gives you the map of where you need to go in life. When you don't have a dream, you can find yourself anywhere. When you have a dream, you know exactly what you want to do, how you want to do, with who you want to do. Right? So, we will talk about put those dreams to test and have to go from dream, just what you want to become, what you want to accomplish, to actually reality. So, I will touch that, but before I do that, I will talk to you about 4 reasons why people stop dreaming. So, tomorrow I'll talk to you about that one. See you tomorrow. Thank you.
