In this motivational talk, the speaker emphasizes that true entrepreneurial success requires more than just starting a dream—it demands finishing it. He likens life to a race where many participants only aim to be present, while champions are those who persist to the end. The core message is that quitting reflects personal character, not circumstances. He critiques negative self‑talk, comparing it to drinking poison deliberately, and urges listeners to replace self‑defeating language with possibilities. Drawing on quotes from Paul Harvey, Jack Canfield, and John Wooden, he stresses the need to abandon perfectionism, take immediate action, and view challenges as opportunities. He introduces practical tools: the "Rule of 5" (daily micro‑actions) and the idea that resources flow toward a dream once one commits to it. The talk concludes with a call for the audience to share concrete actions they will take to overcome obstacles, reinforcing the belief that anyone can attract the necessary support by simply moving forward.

Hey, my friend, I know you are doing so well. Hey, it's sometimes somebody says, um, this is a quotation I read online. I say, at the beginning of every race, you see thousands of people, even people who cannot run. They came and get their own badge. They have the number and they have the, the name in the record book. But when they start the race, in few— some, when they start the race, they just even sit down and go home. Their goal was just to be there and be part of the beginning. But the champion and the winner are revealed at the end of it. In every dream, it's not just enough to dream and start it. It's important. It's also as important to finish the race, to finish the course. And when we talk about the dream, To move close to your dream, you have to recognize that quitting is more about who you are and not where you are. So many people start these races and some quit before— they don't even run for 5 minutes. When they throw the— hit the gun, bam, go, they quit. They just decide to quit. They don't even walk for— I mean, they don't even run for 10 minutes. This is basically who you are. Are you a quitter? Are you that person who has no strength to run with your dream? Are you the person when things— I mean, before even things get tough, you quit? Who are you? Are you that person that is determined? When you start something, you finish. Or are you those that start building home and stop and go start another one and stop and go start another one and stop? You get excited. starting a project, but you never finish. Paul Harvey say, you can tell you are on the road to success, it is uphill all the way. It is uphill all the way. Everyone face difficulty when, when working toward a dream. And if someone fail, he can make excuse. For what went wrong, how the unexpected happened, how someone let him down, how circumstances worked against him. But the reality is that the extreme things to not stopping people, it is that happened to them on the inside. Most people stop themselves from reaching their potential. Most people stop themselves. Everything is going to be happening inside of you. What are you telling yourself? What is the language that you are speaking against your— on your dream? To move close to your dream, improve your vocabulary. Are you the person that is killing your own dream? Let me illustrate this way. If you're Best friend, your best— your— no, if your enemy dropped a little poison in your coffee, would you drink? Yeah? No? You say no. Now, if your best friend, while you are playing with him, by mistake he dropped the poison in your drink, would you drink because your best friend? No. Okay, how about yourself? You have your drink or your coffee, for some reason you are fixing something and there's a drop of poison will get in, would you drink? No. No. So why do you use your own mind, your own mouth to say negative things against yourself? Would you forgive somebody that is trying to unroot you, destroy you with their mind? I'm sure no. Why would you do that to yourself? Are you going to be the person that speaks possibility? And not defeat. Are you going to be the person that sees what could be done even in the day, even in a time of adversity, or the person that only sees the impossibility? Are you going to be the person that will be, I will never do it, I have never done it before, or We have the opportunity to do it, to be the first to do it. Are you going to be the person, the negative person who say, we don't have the resources, or are you going to be the can-do-it that say, necessity fuels invention? Or are you going to be the negative person who say, there's not enough time, or are you going to be the positive person who say, well, change how we work? Thank you. Are you going to be the negative person? We say we already tried that. Are you going to be the positive person? We say we will learn from the experience. Are you going to be the negative person who say it is a waste of time? Or are you going to be the positive person who say things— think of possibility? Are you going to be the negative person who say we don't have the expertise? Or the positive person will say, let's network with those who do, with those who have the expertise. There's always possibility. You can decide to change your language. You can decide to change the way you speak. Remember what you say, what you put your focus on, energy goes. You speak and it becomes your reality. Not only that, to move close to your dream, recognize that waiting for everything to be right is wrong. Everything is never going to be right. Jack Canfield say in his wonderful book, The Source, The Success Principle, how to get from where you are to where you want to be. He say, it is time to quit waiting for perfection, inspiration, permission, reassurance, some to change, the right person to come along, the kid to leave home, the move favorable horoscope, the new administrator to take over, absence of risk, some to discover you, A clear set of instructions. More self-confidence. The pain of go away. The pain to go away. You must move away from it because it's not going to happen. You must make action right now. To move close to your dream, change your thinking, the way you think. John Wooden, the coach of John C. Maxwell, say things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out. Wow, wow, I love this. Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the things, of the way things turn out. This is powerful. Number 5, to move close to your dream, recognize that the resource of, the resources for your dream stop where the moment, stop the moment you do. You stop, the resources will stop. I always say that. Dream will always attract resources. Sometimes people need a resource before they dream. It doesn't work like that. Company vision, mission— when you get on the road, the resource is going to come. Trust me, you're never going to lack anything. Number 6, to move close to your dream, practice the rule of 5. To move close to your dream, remember that when you have exhausted all possibility, you have not. You always have to know that. I want you to know that the question of tenacity is the key for any drummer, any dreamer, any leader. Whatever you do, you're the only person who can stop yourself. No one else can stop you. So move forward. Put in the chat room some of the action that you would take to say no to anything who may stop you. Some people give up before because of COVID Some people make, uh, I mean, become so wealthy because of COVID The choice is yours. See you tomorrow.
