Hey, my friend. I know you're doing well. Hey, listen. Life without dream. Life without dream have no meaning. If you don't have a dream, if you don't have something that you can die for, you know why would you be here on earth? Are you going to be here to actually just fulfill other people's dream? You must have your dream. While you are fulfilling another person's dream, you must. realize your own dream in it, right? So today we will talk about the reason number 2 why people have actually trouble identifying their dream. Reason number 2, some people are hindered by past disappointment and hurt. Disappointment is the gap between expectation and reality. Listen, we all suffer from this. Sometimes we— I'm sure it may not be you, but sometimes we stop doing what we are supposed to do just because some people disappoint us. Some people give us promises that they didn't keep. Even the government give us promises that they didn't keep. Some of our family members, they say, yes, I'm going to be there with you. Start that business. I'll give you the seed capital. I'll give you the funding. I'll be there with you. But they didn't show up when we need them. Some said they was going to support us, and they didn't do that. Some give us promise, and they didn't show up. Yes, the expectation, the disappointment—it makes some people stop dreaming, and they say, "You know what? I'm done. I'm not going to think about anymore." And some of some of the reason I heard. Yes, you got hurt. I hear a guy who actually developed a huge project in Africa. He actually was bringing a vaccine for malaria. He developed all the studies, and when he went to Cameroon— this was actually in a nation called Cameroon— the government asked him to pay I don't know how many million dollars in order to do that, to use that vaccine to save the life of people. The guy came back, a doctor. He came back crying. He said, hey, I'm doing this thing for America. Why my nation could not let me save my grandma, save my people, save my own people? He was hurt. And he said, you know what? I would never go back to Africa, to Cameroon with any other project. That may be your case also. Sometimes people hurt us. You walk, you think you are trying to build something. But it looks as if, you know, you are bringing trouble. Don't let all that thing stop you. Sometimes the disappointment, you know, is in expectation. You know, sometimes you develop a product, you have things, and you think, hey, everybody will understand you. But the reality is that nobody understands you. People look at you as if you were crazy. And because of that, you say, you know what? I'm done. I'm never ever going to do another project again. I don't want that you to do that. I want you to dare to dream. I want you. It doesn't matter how tough it is. I want you to press on. I want you to do again. I want you to dream another dream. I don't want her to stop you. I don't want. you know, the, the wrong expectation. And sometimes it's a reality. You know, today we have different reality. Sometimes you may have things that you think is going to help people, or you are developing something to really, really help people, but that people will see that in a different way based on where they are in life. I actually have a young man who purchased camera. He sent to trying to set up studio in Cameroon. I carried the camera for him in Africa. The guy who took the camera disappeared with camera and stopped answering his phone call. While he was trying to help that person, develop that person, purchase expensive camera and send it to him, he took the camera and took off with camera. But the good news is that after some time, he came back again and trying to get back into business with the young man. Things like this happen. Sometimes it's just some of the reality we face. But are you going to stop dreaming because of disappointment, because of hurt from others, because of, you know, some of the expectations that were not met, because of some reality? No. I compel you, I command you to dream. It doesn't matter what you have been through. Let that thing make you the person you are. But don't let it stop you. Leader doesn't stop when there's obstacle. You always go around or find a way around. So tomorrow we will talk about the number, the number 3 thing, common reason why people have trouble identifying their dream. All right, go ahead and see how you can apply this into your business. And see someone share some of the resolution that you actually took, and then I'll see you tomorrow.
