In this motivational monologue, the speaker challenges viewers to examine whether their entrepreneurial dream truly ignites passion. He argues that passion, not money, is the engine that sustains effort, creativity, and resilience, citing Steve Jobs and a series of contrastive statements (e.g., “plan while others are playing”). The talk provides a self‑assessment checklist that asks listeners to gauge how often they think about, sacrifice for, and feel energized by their dream, and whether they could work on it for free. The speaker also hints at the next episode, which will focus on developing a concrete strategy to achieve the dream, positioning this segment as part of the “School of 365” series that aims to guide entrepreneurs from vision to execution.

When you talk about it, if your eye doesn't light up, if it doesn't give you energy, Maybe you must stop and do something else with your life. Steve Jobs said something: if you are working on something exciting that you really care about, you don't have to be pushing. The vision pushes you. The vision pushes you. Wow! Wow! If you are working on something exciting that you really that you really care. care about it. You don't have to be pushed. The vision pushed you. Could you say that what you are doing today pushed you? Could you really, really testify that your job and whatever you are doing, you don't have to drag it? People don't have to remind you. You give appointment and forget about it. And all that. There's a power of passion. Passion pulls us up, enables us to overcome adversity. Passion pulls us up. Passion is more than money. Because if you follow money, when you have the first and second, third million, they sit at the bank or in an investment account. You really don't need it. You can't spend $1 million on food per day. You can only eat maybe a quarter of the chicken per day. So passion is what will pull you. Passion is what is going to propel you. Point actor would suggest that the key to success was to believe while others Are doubting. Plan while others are playing. Study while others are sleeping. Decide while others are delayed. Prepare while others are daydreaming. Begin while others are procrastinating. Walk while others are wishing. Listen while others are talking. Smile while others are frowning. Comment while others are criticized, persist while others are quitting, save while others are wasting. That's what passion produces. Are you passionate about what you do? Could you do what you are doing for free, even if you didn't have to be paid? Passion pulls us out. Give us initiative. Are you creative because you are so passionate about what you do? To success, you must stay within your strength zone, but continually move out, outside your comfort zone. That's what passion does. Not only that, passion positions us well, gives us the greatest— for success. How are you doing? Are you passionate? Are you passionate about what you are doing now? I will talk about a few passion makers before I wrap up. My passion is so hot that it has set other people on fire. I could not imagine my life without it. Could you say this about Your dream, about what you're trying to do. I willingly sacrifice other important things for it. I am fired up by it and often preoccupied with it. I enjoy it as one of many interests. I can take it or leave it. I prefer not to think about it. I do. I go out of my way to avoid it. I will put it on my list of least favorite things. I would rather have a root canal without anesthesia. Does this sound like you? Does this sound like you when you think about your dream and when you talk about your dream? Correct. Could you talk about it without stopping? When you talk to people, does this thing keep coming up? Do you spend day and night dreaming and talking about it because you are so passionate about it? You must answer that. Tomorrow we'll talk about something more and more important, the pathway question. Do I have a strategy to reach my dream? So, go at it and answer. Make sure you reflect— let the question reflect it and put your business— let it examine your business. And I know you have a dream. And examine your dream with this.
