In this motivational monologue, the speaker argues that everyone is coached—whether by family, friends, or professionals—and that the quality of that coaching determines success or failure. He shares personal stories of seeking advice from his mother and a friend, both of which led to business setbacks because they lacked the expertise needed. He uses analogies (e.g., seeing a doctor for illness, a blind person guiding another blind person) to illustrate why expertise matters. The speaker emphasizes that a coach must have proven results and deep knowledge, citing examples like Tony, Ganu’s training with Mike Tyson, and his own claim of taking a venture from zero to half a billion dollars. He concludes with a call to action, inviting listeners to join his "School of Business/Coaching" where he promises step‑by‑step guidance and video resources to replicate his success.

Hey, my friend. I know you are doing super well. Hey, I'm so excited about this day. I just I just say I should drop something with you. You know today, I want to talk to you about the power of coaching. The power of coaching. The truth is that if you want or not, you have been coached by somebody. You have been coached by somebody. I used to think that. You know, I can decide, you can decide if you don't need a professional coach, you can decide to do on your own. I was wrong. I was wrong because early in my life, you know, when I was facing challenge in my business, I would call my mom and say, Mom, you know, what do you think I should do? And the truth is that my mom never make a million. My mom never make, you know, the type of number we are doing. But my mom would say, hey, cut down your worker. you know, get less people, put your sibling into business. You know, she was coaching me, and for some reason the business was failing because I had a wrong coach. Even though it was my mom, I love her, but she was killing me. She was killing my dream. You know, that's a consequence when you deal with the wrong coach. And I used to call my friends, you know, I remember we was doing We was, you know, doing very good in trucking, and I have some, you know, judoka friend that I used to call and say, hey, like Guy, for example. Guy, I'll call Guy and say, hey man, this is what's going on with you, what do you think? He said, man, I think you should quit. And then something, I quit, you know, and I didn't know. It was like something was holding me back, like, you know, people tied me down in the village, or the devil was after me. All all those crazy things. The reality was that I had a wrong coach. I have somebody that have no understanding on what I was doing, and I was— whatever I was down, I was going through that person. I was going to the wrong person. And then when Tony showed me that, hey, Raf, you— there's no way you can go to somebody that, that have no idea on the result that you are looking for to get the a way to get a blueprint to get the result that you are looking for. In other words, you know, my friend Giz, I mean, he never make $100,000, and I'm trying to, I'm trying to have him help me get to a billion. Could you, could you imagine? It's just as if today I have a tumor in my brain and then I want my grandmom to counsel me, to tell me what to do. No, wrong coach. Wrong advisor. You have to go to the person that have the resolve. You have to go to the person that know the way. That's why we go to the doctor when we are sick. You don't ask your wife because you love her, or your husband because you love him, hey honey, what should I do? You know, you will not let your mom do any operation on you. You go to the expert. So today, so many people have a dream, but They have their broke friend counsel them and advise them. You know, one thing in life is that the person that counsels you will make you or break you. Because let's say I'm blind and I'm trying to show the— you have a blind person that want to show you the way. You know, you can even see, but you depend on a blind person to show you the way. I think that's literally what it is. Today, I challenge anybody to have a coach. You must have a coach in every area of life. When you people exceed, you always hear the word coach in football, in boxes, in all this. They have somebody that been there that is you know that is carrying the hand. I love the way when Ganu before he changed the discipline and get into boxes, he went and get Mike Tyson. He went to get Mike Tyson because Mike Tyson have been there. He was the best for a long time. He didn't move back to the village and get the grandma or get one of his best friends. No, that's why you are losing money. That's why you are bleeding every day. You are, you know, you are suffering because you are not relying on the right coach to guide you to go from where you are to where you want to go. Hey, I want you to come into the School of Business or School of Coaching because I want to show you exactly what I'm doing. I mean, at least I can take you— at least I know for sure I can take you to $0 to half a billion dollars. I mean, you ask me why? Because I did it. So I don't know if there's a link here. Join the School of Business. I have so many videos there. You can actually take a look, go video after video. And I can— I will break down step by step how I did it. All right.
