Dr. Glenn's Texas farm is expanding fast, buying trucks and trailers to move livestock. A single trailer holds 100 goats. His investment group now sells land bundled with an RV and goats, so investors fund the purchase through livestock returns.
I thought it was going to be a simple project, but then I see you guys purchasing trucks. It seems like it's a big project.
Yes, it's expanding on a weekly basis. You're right. We just purchased a couple of trailers and 2 more trucks. So we're looking— you know, it's a necessity. You know, one trailer, we just purchased 100 goats, for example, and it filled up one trailer. So we have multiple goats to purchase. So it's going to require more equipment. Wow. Yeah.
And I saw the RV, uh, and you told me you guys are planning to get more RVs. What is the RV for?
Well, the RV is a part of the Dispensation Investment Group project. Okay, person, maybe they purchase acre land, they already have a package where they'll have their own RV. Okay, they're not staying on the property, they can come, you know, on vacation and, you know, uh, they'll have their RV. So, and we're looking to purchase probably about 20 more RVs.
I want you to look at the camera and talk to them. For those who are still hesitant about joining projects like this, about investing in projects like this, what will you say to them?
Well, you know, I would say don't hesitate. This is a great investment. You know, one thing that is not being recreated is, is, is land. Um, land is a very important and vital investment, you know. And if you have your investment of your land, um, you're also You add the goat to your land, and as I stated a little bit earlier, um, there's a, a package where you'll be able to purchase your goat, and your goat will be a great investment to help pay for your land.
