In this solo presentation, Raphael Djine emphasizes that closing a sale is only the beginning of a seller’s work. He introduces the concept of post‑sale leverage – the deliberate actions a salesperson takes after a customer has paid to reinforce value, build trust, and secure long‑term relationships. Djine explains that leverage can be created through bonuses, extra services, free follow‑up assistance, and personalized check‑ins, turning a single transaction into a multi‑layered experience. He ties these tactics to his “straight line” sales model, urging sellers to move beyond the 1‑to‑10 range (the initial sale) and extend to 15 by delivering free, high‑value add‑ons. The talk stresses a mindset shift from upselling to giving, arguing that generous post‑sale treatment fuels repeat purchases, referrals, and lifelong client loyalty. Djine concludes with a call to action for viewers to complete a questionnaire and promises a deeper lesson in the next session.

Hey, my friend. Hey, so excited to have you again. Hey, listen, man, yesterday's lesson was just hot, right? You know, most of the time we close a sale and most salespeople, after they close a sale, they're out of it. You got paid, the deal is done, and then we forget something so, so important. After you close a sale, you always have to create leverage. You know, this leverage is what is going to make that customer come back. It's what is going to make that person remember you. It's what is going to make that customer— is what is going to validate that yes, the customer have your best intention, you know. So one of the things you have to understand is that based on the type of product you have or based off the service you actually provide. After the sale, even though the customer already pay you, sometimes a lot of people feel really bad after they buy. And either they hate the salesperson or they really feel bad about the deal. Remember, we don't like, you know, nobody to sell to us because sometimes you feel like, man, you know, like I, I was not strong enough, which is normally wrong, but you can change it. You are an expert. You must always create leverage after the sale. How do you create leverage? And what is leverage? First of all, the leverage is that thing that you would do or give to that customer who make him come back and even know that, you know what, this was a great deal. And I'm so glad I really paid for this product. I really purchased this home. I, I'm so glad I did business with this person. One of the ways in Ali Global, the way we create leverage with some of the clients is bonus. We give bonus even after they purchase. We give them something additional. To appear. We, we add more. We give extra value. Like, if you already participate in most— some of our retreats, we may have charged $100 for a retreat, but when you come to the retreat, we give you free book. We give you maybe a free retreat to the next event. We give you free access to the next event. And sometimes maybe we give you one-on-one with some of our coaches for free. Something will cost. So you spend $100, we give you like $300 worth of material. That's leverage. That's leverage. So even if the product, the initial product was not that great, you know, all this additional free thing you give to a customer, that's a strong leverage. Now you don't always have to use the same method. Some people, it's a follow-up. If somebody buys something from your shop and they have to put together, maybe you can deliver for free. You can deliver and put together for free. That's a strong leverage. The customer will forget about the money they pay you and just this additional leverage service you provide just to let the customer know, you know what, I care for you. It makes the customer bound. It makes the customer bound. So what— whatever method you could use, a lever, follow up. You follow up with customers and see how they— you— they like the stuff and see if they have questions even after sale. So when you have to sell, don't just forget about a person. That may be just— you probably sell just small stuff, or you may just offer a small service. Call the customer after the service. See if they find anything that you missed to do it, or see how they like the service you provide and how they like the product that they purchased from you. If it's the book like I shared yesterday, you know, what have they learned? Is any other thing recommendation you can give to them? So however you want to do it, you must think about your product and service and Ask yourself after every sale, what else can I do to this client just to add more value to them? Just to just to give them way more than what they actually purchased. Those are the ten secret strategy of top seller. I just share with you from next next week we'll be talking about something heavy heavy heavy. Now you know the ten line you must follow. Trust me, this you can apply in your life, you can apply in your business, you can apply even in your relationship with people. After a sale, after a deal, always ask yourself, what else can I do to this person? What other value can I add to this person? And not getting paid. I'm not talking about ask for more from the person. I'm talking about you. give it. Because most of the time, and most salespeople, they want to take, they want to take, they just want to take. Come in like, okay, yeah, you pay me for this, okay, let me do an upsell, let me do a cross-sell, you know, let me sell again. But one of the things people miss is that the better you make this person feel, the more value you add to the person, the more, you know, the person will want to, you know, purchase more from you and just commit to you for life. And not only that, even bring their friends. They will start evangelizing for you. They will start promoting your product. Sometimes I have people who give me a referral before they even use the product. Why? Based on how they feel, based on the additional value you add on. As a salesperson, never stop when you close and collect that money. Always go from 1 to 10, but leave 10 and push to about 5, and you have this client for life. For those who have been following this, you understand the straight line sale. 1 to 10, stay on the line, but you have to go from 10 to 15. for free. Yes, that can be in follow-up, that can be in evaluation, just to know if the customer is happy with that product. That matters. All right, so tomorrow we will jump into something giant and, and just rock with it. So I'll see you tomorrow, but go ahead and comment and make sure you fill up the questionnaire that has been released, you know, that is in your class. So I could read. I want to know, I want to know how you are taking this in, and I want to answer some of the questions as well. All right, see you around.
