School of Business— sorry, the iLead Global School of Coaching. The School of Coaching is run under the iLead Global Institute. So the iLead Global Institute works at providing training and mentorship, as you heard earlier, in leadership. So with leadership, you acquire skills that would enable you become a better version of yourself. You also are able to equip yourself with the skills that you would— that would enable you influence the lives of others, be it individuals, be it a group of persons. And with our School of Business, you get to learn about entrepreneurship, as I had mentioned earlier. And with personal development, you go through a transformational process that doesn't just help you change your mindset, but you also adapt good behaviors, good characters. You know, you would become a better version of yourself. If you are in that space where you know that you can do more, you can be more, it is not a lie. It is very, very true. I was speaking with someone some time ago and he was telling me that personal development is a scam. You are who you are. That's not true. That's not true. Who we are stems from a number of things, especially the experiences that we go through in our lives. And it doesn't mean that that's the condemnation. It doesn't mean that that's something that's going to be there forever. The most important thing is acknowledging, understanding, and seeing where you are and knowing that you can be better. That's just a huge miracle. That's a huge miracle, knowing that. And being ready to take that step is very— it makes things much, much easier. So what does coaching mean to you? We get to hear about coaching, coaching, coaching. People get to talk about someone who trains people for football or any form of sports. That is what you would hear. hear somebody describe a coach as. And then you, you go somewhere and then you see somebody like me, and then the person says he or she is a coach. And you're wondering, okay, you don't look like a sport person. I know you don't like sports. So what, what kind of coaching do you do? There is no wrong answer. Can we go to the chat? And let's hear what you think, what you know coaching is. What does coaching mean to you? What does coaching mean to you? I'm here to see responses. What does coaching mean to you? We don't know? We can't say we don't know because I know that we know. What does coaching mean to you? It means instilling wisdom on others. Thank you so much for that response. It means instilling wisdom in others. What does coaching mean to you? Coaching is a way to help people with your experience. Thank you. Coaching is counseling someone until he finds solution. Thank you, Ida. To me, coaching is transferring value to others. Coaching is about telling, letting you know what you should What does coaching do to succeed? Thank you so, so much. Thank you so much for your response. Coaching is, is a conversation. It's a conversation that you have. Yes, it's a conversation, but it's not just any conversation. It is a conversation that you partner, you partner with your, with your daughter, with your spouse, with your clients. So you're not just having this conversation like you're arguing. No. But the both of you come intent. So that is the partnering. You partner with your clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their potentials. So it is a conversation that is not geared towards na means na be pass. You know, it is me that know this thing better than you. No, it is a conversation you are having that would inspire creativity, that would inspire solution to the problem. We all have these down moments in our lives, as I said earlier, and we never— sometimes we don't want to share with someone, you know, because we feel that we will be laughed at. We feel that they would use it against us, right? But when you have this conversation in a coaching space, it's a whole lot different. You are in a space where you can be free, you can be confident, you know, you can tell it as it is, and your coach, who is equipped with the coaching skills, will be holding the space there with you. That is what makes the coaching conversation different from when you go to tell your friend about an issue that is pressing. So before we move further, I want to share some facts with you about the coaching industry. Would you believe that the coaching industry is worth $2.4 billion As of 2022, with an annual growth of 19%, $2.4 billion. And it is also said, research— these are research numbers— 99% of people who go through the coaching process They always want to have some more. They actually do repeat the process. So for a coaching session, it can cost between $200 to $1,000. It can cost less, it can cost more. It will depend on who you're coaching, where you're coaching. And every day somebody is looking for you. If you're wondering who is looking for me, who cares about coaching, why will anybody pay for coaching? So many persons are on the internet every day, every blessed day, looking for a coach. And some of the keywords that they will type in there are career coach, mental health coach, business coach, self-improvement coach, health coach. So somebody is looking for a coach in the world, and today with the, with the internet, it makes it easier. It means you can coach anybody anywhere. So why wouldn't you make this investment in yourself? Coaching has gotten an edge over so many professions that have been there before them, like therapy. The edge that coaching has over therapy is the fact that With therapy, they are trying to see how to understand your past so that they can know what is happening to you today. But in life, we want to move forward with our lives, and that is what coaching presents to us. That's the gift that coaching comes with. It's about where you are now and your future. And that is the longing that people carry in their hearts. So coaching is the big thing, is the big thing. Without coaching, people would struggle, definitely. So the School of Coaching The vision that Coach Raphael Gine, the Master Coach Raphael Gine, carries is to reform and transform characters and mindset through training, coaching, and mentorship so that the institute can foster a movement of change agents that are dedicated, passionate professionals so that we can uplift individuals and organizations. So when you Decide to make that choice of truly becoming a coach a chance. You want to be— you want to become a professional coach. So by becoming a professional coach, it means you go through training, you go through the process. It is only when you go through the process you're also able to take someone else through the process. And going through the process you know what kind of results you get. But when you are, you know, you're, you're neither here or there, you don't really know what it is you're doing, you don't even know what— you don't even have something to offer, you know, what kind of results would you get? So it is important that if you truly do want to make that impact in the lives of others, If you want to make that change in your life, it is very, very important that, that you get trained. So when you come to the I Lead Global School of Coaching, these are some of the courses, the models that the school works with. You would learn what coaching is, much more than we have just shared. You would also know the different kinds of coaching models. So, um, the way you— one person, you— the way you teach one person is definitely going to be different from the way you teach another person, you know. So you would learn different models that you can apply to your different coaching sessions. And you would learn the life zones. Now, we all have different life experiences. At certain stage in life, people between 20 to 40 or 20 to 30, they act in a certain way. People that are between 60 to 70, they act in a different kind of way. How would you work with these people at the different stages of their lives? And you would also have the opportunity to learn about the 6 human needs. You heard Coach Serge talking about the 6 human needs. So Coach Serge has gone through the School of Coaching and he has learned about this, and this is why he's able to apply it to his business. And he's able to tell someone, look, if you want to succeed, you should be able to know this. You should be able to know how to apply this. So the 6 human needs, these are basic needs that everyone has, and this is a model that is gotten from Tony Robbins. The Ailey Global Institute actually works with the blueprint of the John C. Maxwell team, um, Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor. So we have a whole lot if you have to go through each of these, um, these great teachers, you know how much you're going to spend. You're going to spend so much money. But here in I Lead, you get a combination of all of that for less than what you would have even paid one person. Yes. So you would also get to learn about what is holding you back. What is holding you back? You feel stuck. I used to feel stuck myself. How can you find what is holding you back? What are your limiting beliefs? How can you also help others identify their limiting beliefs? Expanding the unit. Creative brainstorming and life stages. removing blockage, the Crazy 8 Pattern. That is another model from, from Tony Robbins, and it is something that, um, Tony Robbins has applied over and over and over and over that has helped people with mental health issues. So you have, you have everything here if you're looking for coaching, you're looking for psychology. It's right here. Overcoming crisis, working with couples. So you want to become a family coach, you want to become a relationship coach, you can get it here. Training men to improve their relationships. How do you help couples to find the perfect bond? Family coaching. There's a whole lot going on in families today. The rate of divorce is just going up and up, higher and higher and higher. The church seems to be helpless. So if you're a pastor, if you are an evangelist, if you're a counselor, even this program suits your profession very, very well. So looking at everything that we have talked about so far, I would like us to go to the chat box again. Who needs coaching? Who needs coaching? Who needs coaching? What do you think? What do you think? Norbert says it means to give someone advice so he can find solutions. Okay, we write that. Coaching to me simply means taking someone from his or her crooked belief of himself to believe that he can make it and actually take him or her to the next level. Thank you, Coach Marie-Claire. Who needs coaching? Everyone. Thank you, Ode. Marie-Claire says everyone. Thank you. Everyone needs a kind of coaching because learning is needless— endless. Learning is endless. That's right. Thank you. Yes, everyone needs coaching. That's so right. We got it right. Everyone sure do needs coaching. Everyone does. So where can, where can coaching be applied? Just as everyone needs coaching, Coaching is applied everywhere, everywhere, be it at the place of work, be it during, um, periods of failure. At the place of work, people need coaching. Teams— there are always conflicts in the place of work, in the workplace. People are always experiencing conflicts here and there. People need guidance. People need to be able to understand each other's personality and how to manage it. So you can be a team coach. In times of failure, when people feel like the whole world is crashing down on them, in, during business, people need a coach. You know, whether they are succeeding, whether they are just starting off in their businesses, they need a coach. Even when they succeed in life, they need a coach. They need somebody to help them find the balance. You know, someone wants to navigate the path of, um, of, of their career. If they should, um, if they should negotiate for that salary, is it a good time to negotiate for their salary? Is it a good time for them to, to go for some other course? Is it a good time to resign? You know, they need to have that conversation with somebody. So what, what's the goal for you? Why are you interested in, in checking the School of Coaching out? Or what are you currently doing?
