Hey, somebody asked me, Coach Raf, why the new norm? Why the new norm? One of the things I actually learned is that every season, I mean, it's almost like every 10 years or 15 years, things change. Things change. The way of doing business change. I remember some of the great, great leaders when I was little. I mean, I'm talking about 40 years back. Guys that was doing, that was crushing. And this happened, this happened in all industries. You will see somebody with a beautiful, a great store and suddenly he go out of business. Clients move away. Why? Because customers will always follow the trend. And if you are not that type of business owner that can follow the trend, that can understand the time like the son of Issachar, you're going to be— you're going to go— you go out of business.
