So who was your— what position did you hire first? Uh, instructors. Instructors. Yeah. So all, they're all instructors. I, um, currently need to hire an assistant for myself and, um, like, I mean, I still, I do the whole backend and I do all that enrollment and I still will teach certain things. Um, but mainly, so I instructed by myself for the whole first year. After that first year, that is when I was like, uh, I expanded to cosmetology and aesthetics. I didn't have a cosmetology or aesthetics license at that time. So I had to hire instructors. So it was kind of, if I don't hire these instructors, I can't expand. Got it. So, and also with, um, I knew especially how big the lash school grew in just that year, and I had a lot of those lash, um, students. They were like, can you, can you do aesthetics? Can you do cosmetology? Like, I wanna be licensed in more, but I don't wanna go anywhere else. And so I was like, yeah, like, let me see what I can do. And so, um, of course those courses cost. More than just the lash course. And so with that, I knew adding these courses, I will be able to afford to pay instructors, um, as well as of course, you know, not having to dig into a loan or come way out of pocket and stuff like that.
