And people will tell me like, Manny, I'm eating healthy, but I'm gaining weight. I'm like, dude, it's because you're eating too much good food. Like, yeah, you can eat healthy and gain weight if you're not tracking it. And so like a lot of— I am, I am not, uh, I guess polite when people tell me they're on vacation and they're going to gain weight. I'm like, dude, when you're on vacation, it's the same thing. You're home. You still shove the food in your mouth. Like you're just in a different location. Control what you eat. Is it different food? Yes. If you track it, it's the same amount. You are the one, like, when you're on vacation, it's not a butler shoving food in your mouth making you eat.
So what do you think about— I, I have a buddy who has a— he, he got an app that he can take a picture of his food. Yep. And AI will analyze that feature. Do you think that's like pretty accurate right now?
Uh, I don't use it as much because I'm pretty good at tracking mine, but for my clients who make the excuse of not being able to track their food, FirstForm has that feature now where it's a picture one, or you can tell it what you ate. Um, I've done the picture one a couple times and it's, it's not bad. Like it's enough for somebody who's not going to track their food to get close to their total calorie, but it's not the best answer, but it's, it's a, it's a feature.
