Parents. Here are three foods to help your kids grow up to be strong and powerful. Once your child can eat solid foods, you can start feeding him or her the bulletproof diet. This works really well with kids. Your kid's brain and yours is made up of saturated fat, about 45%. When you give your kids enough protein to build healthy muscles, they behave better, they have less food cravings, they ask you for candy less, and they sleep better at night. And it needs to be animal protein. The other thing that works really well is when your kids get enough minerals so they can build their bones and their teeth without cavities, without breaking bones. Steak. It's high in protein, it's high in micronutrients, high in minerals for strong bones, for teeth. It's a big source of bioavailable B vitamins that your kids need to grow their brand. Grass fed butter is another major item. You can add it to veggies and then the kids will love the veggies and it gives them that precious fat. My kids have always had unlimited access to grass fed butter, so they eat as much of it as they want and it helps them have energy. A third one that's really important and affordable is eggs. Ideally, pasture raised eggs have choline and lutein in their yolks. The yolk is the most important part. It helps your kids brains develop better. This may come as a surprise to you because a lot of doctors will tell you to feed your kids peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for protein, or they give you cereal for whole grains because somehow whole foods are magical. Turns out those are full of anti nutrients. They make your kids hungry. They, they do not give your kids strong bones, they actually give them weak bones. So eat the steak, eat the butter, eat the eggs and share it with your kids. Those are the real superfoods that help you and your kids grow up strong and healthy and they'll be easier to par.
