Doctors don't think it's possible to reverse your age or to live way longer than they think you can. But I've spent over $2 million on longevity to discover one thing. They're wrong. I reversed my biological age by 20 years and I feel better now than I did when I was 30. Today, I'm sharing my seven favorite longevity secrets. Your doctor doesn't know. Before you can slow and reverse age, you need to know it's actually possible. Aging is just a set of biological processes in your body. And science proves that you can slow those processes by taking different actions. When you take enough of those actions over time, you can lower your biological age like I did. The calendar thinks I'm in my 50s, but my doctors are surprised when they see that my biological age is in my 30s. This is all because I slowed down or even reversed the aging processes in my body. And. And here's how you can do it. Number one, you must revitalize your mitochondria. Aging starts inside your cells and mitochondria are your body's energy powerhouses. When they slow down, you feel tired, you gain weight and you age faster. In fact, I weighed 300 pounds at one time. You want to follow a cyclical keto diet where a lot of the time your diet is based on high quality animal protein, healthy fats and having occasional low toxin carbs like white rice or raw honey or some kinds of fruit. That makes your mitochondria and metabolism more flexible. All keto all the time is not good. All carbs all the time is not good. And you have to get enough protein. You want to do high intensity workouts for short periods of time or hit workouts. Short bursts of exercise rebuild your mitochondria in as little as two weeks. Even a few 30 second sprints can make the difference. Supplements like CoQ10 and PQQ can protect your mitochondria from stress and give you more energy. Those are non negotiable for me. Number two, Activate your body's natural spring cleaning. Autophagy is a process like hitting reset on your cells. It clears out damaged cells and it makes your body younger from the inside out. You can do this with intermittent fasting. You skip breakfast or maybe skip dinner and you do all of your eating within an eight hour window in a day. You don't have to do it every day. It'll trigger autophagy and it'll boost your brain and your body performance over time. And high intensity. Interval training doesn't just build muscles, it also helps Clear out cellular junk with autophagy. Add some movement like going for a walk to get the full benefits of fasting. Number three. Inflammation is the root cause of all aging. Chronic inflammation damages your cells and it accelerates your body's aging process. You might not feel it, but it happens every day. You can eat an anti inflammatory diet. You cut out gluten, processed foods and seed oils and you replace them with grass fed meats, wild caught fish and healthy stable fats like grass fed butter and low toxin carbs. The most important thing you can do in an anti inflammatory diet is focus on avoiding toxins first and then on getting good protein and good fats. There's also red light therapy. This biohack reduces inflammation deep in your tissues and it promotes healing. You can start with a red light panel like the ones I make at my company Trulite. And if you live near an upgrade labs location, you can use the red charger bed which surrounds you with red and infrared. Number four. You can renew your skin, your nails and your hair with collagen. And I made collagen into a billion dollar industry. Collagen is the protein that keeps your skin firm and your joints strong. As you age, your body makes less collagen, but you can hide that. Add a scoop of collagen protein to your coffee or your smoothie every day to replenish what you lose. Naturally, you only want about 20 grams of collagen protein because too much collagen isn't good for you because it's increases your body's load of something called oxalate. You can add vitamin C which is important for collagen production. You want to take 250mg at most, twice a day on most days. And you can eat food like broccoli that helps as well. And last but not least, cryotherapy. Exposing your body to extreme cold for very brief periods of time stimulates collagen production and reduces inflammation. So you get two wins in one. Number five. Hack your sleep to live longer. Sleep isn't really about rest. It is when your body repairs itself. That means if you do a bad job of sleeping, you don't recover and you age more quickly. One of the most important things you can do is filter out junk light in the evening, which helps you wind down. It blocks the wavelengths of light that mess with your melatonin. It's not blue blockers, it's much more than that. Check out TrueDark glasses which filter out all four wavelengths of light that mess with your circadian rhythm. I went from five minutes of deep sleep every night to getting 90 minutes of deep sleep very easily in six and a half hours of sleep. You can also upgrade where you sleep. Use blackout curtains and a cooling mattress to create a perfect environment so you get more sleep and less time and you age less quickly. Number six. Two minutes of cold can slow down your body's aging process. Cold therapy activates thermogenesis, which burns fat and slows down the aging of your cells. And it improves mental resilience. You can start with an ice bath or a cold shower. Even a few minutes can make a big impact on metabolism and energy. And the easiest way to get started is is just stick your face in a bowl of ice water every night before bed. Bonus if you can do that for one or two minutes, it's okay to take a few breaths along the way. And if you want to take it up a notch, try professional cryotherapy with faster results. We have the full body chambers at any upgrade labs location. Number seven is only for you if you want to take your longevity protocol to the next level. You can do stem cell therapy. You can bring in your own stem cells or stem cells from other people that go in and heal old injuries throughout the body and reduce inflammation systemically. You can take supplements like glutathione, fisetin, urolifen, a NAD precursors or desiccated liver and other organs for next level cellular support. You could even go so far as to do gene therapy, which today is still expensive, but it's possible and I've done it. One single injection of follistatin gene therapy for the average person reduces their biological age by nine years years. So start with one or two of these secrets and see how you feel. If I can reverse my age by 20 years as a former £300 unhealthy computer hacker, imagine what you can do.
