This is a YouTube video titled "Biohacking for pets with Dr. Gary Richter" containing a monologue or talk by Dr. Gary Richter recorded in August 2023. The content focuses on sustainable health practices for pets, specifically discussing the use and rotation of supplements and diet management for long-term pet health.
I'm not advocating for people to give their dog all 25 supplements all the time. It's a function of picking a handful of things and rotating through over time. So they're getting, they're getting multiple things over the long term. You know, it's not, it's not generally beneficial to give, you know, to give anybody the same thing month after month, year after year. But also when it comes to whether it's pets or people, whatever you're doing, health wise, you have to do something that's sustainable. And for me to say, I need you to give your dog these 25 supplements every day, plus feed them a fresh whole food diet, nobody's going to do it. Nobody's going to be able to maintain that. And if you can't maintain it, then, you know, then, then what's the point?
