A speaker describes recovering from toxic mold exposure using binders, the antifungal Sporanox, environmental relocation, and ozone therapy to repair mitochondrial damage. They emphasize the order matters: start with binders and antifungal medication, move away from moldy spaces, then add ozone therapy and functional medicine support for issues like thyroid dysfunction and leaky gut.

How did you start to get rid of the mold out of your body? How did you get through that process? I was really lucky. I figured out what it was relatively early on. I was still really sick. So I did all the detox stuff you're supposed to do. I did binders. But the thing that's really most effective is ozone therapy. I've been really blessed. I've helped thousands of people over the years who are living in toxic mold houses. You can tell when you talk to someone who has mold exactly what it is. And then you say, oh, so when did your house get damaged by water? And they go, how did you know? Because it's written all over you. And then you usually you bind some toxins. And if you take sporonox, which is an antifungal drug, for months and you move out of the molding environment, most people get better and you see a functional medicine doctor, probably fix your thyroid, probably fix your leaky gut. There's an order of operations there. But it's very fixable now. Back then, it was almost impossible to fix, but ozone therapy to fix mitochondria was the number one thing.
