I found a couple of these studies. I'll share one with you. It's published in the journal Pediatrics. Nice. Because I was most interested in the outcomes for our kids. And actually, I'm speaking at my youngest son's school tomorrow. Nice. How old are you? Youngest? Fourth. He's 12. 12. Okay. So fourth through eighth grade. And it's so powerful, you know, to be able to speak to these kids. And it's a wellness event. And also to let them know that they have opportunities in wellness. Like, I never saw anybody that looked like me they doing, you know, working in health and wellness. But I'm saying all that to say that published in the journal Pediatrics, they. And also I'm a very big fan of minimum effective dose. Yeah. Save some time to do other stuff. Right. So do I have to eat with these people every day to live to be a healthy person? And this is not the case. What they found was that eating with your family, eating these kids in these studies, eating with their family just three meals per week or more, but three was the minimum effective dose, led to far less incidence of those children developing obesity or disordered eating. All right. It was a marked change from, you know, less than three meals to three meals or more. And so this is like an insurance for our kids. There's something that happens that lowers their risk of one of the fastest growing issues in our children. Childhood obesity is effectively tripled in the last 30 years. It's not normal. It's not okay. And it's CRE. And this is not about vanity metrics, by the way. It's about disease and behavioral metrics. Yeah. It's a huge risk factor for essentially everything. Yeah. Most of the top 10 leading causes of death. Yeah. You're listening to the Human Upgrade with Dave Asprey.
