It's easy to focus on the small things to become healthier, but you need to focus on the big things first. What are the big things? Well, you want to look at. Are you eating animal protein at each meal? Are you getting more of the right kinds of plants and avoiding the plants that actually mess with you in a major way? Are you doing something involving muscle activation at least once a week? It doesn't have to be hard, it doesn't have to be long. You just need to fully activate your muscles at least once a week. Or are you getting enough sleep to fully recover? Studies show at least six and a half hours for healthy people. But sleeping more than that is not necessarily good. Don't force yourself to oversleep. The small things that you ought to do, but you don't have to do, and that should not be your big focus, are on worrying about whether something is organic versus not organic. It's better that you eat a good food that's not organic than you eat nothing at all. You can worry about the types of sweeteners. Is xylitol or erythritol important? Well, maybe. But don't eat the artificial sweeteners because for a lot of people, those cause intense cravings. And even though I'm a huge fan of supplements, I take, oh, about 120 a day at this point. Focus on moving. Focus on picking up heavy things. Focus on eating animal protein and good fats, not bad fats, before you pick up your first supplement.
