This is a YouTube video titled "Here's How to Start Urine Therapy." It features a discussion between two speakers, including one named Dave, about the traditional practice of urine therapy, its historical context in Ayurveda, and how people might begin trying it. The content is an informative talk rather than a multi-speaker conversation involving Alicia Mackey Huber.
Let's say that a listener is like, all right, Dave's a little bit crazy sometimes, but quite often there's some cutting edge knowledge here and used for 6,000 years. So I'm probably not going to die, and maybe I won't tell everyone at the next dinner party what I'm doing. So let's say you're kind of curious. How would you get started with urine therapy?
So a lot of people to start it, they just put a couple of drops on their skin. They'll take some fresh urine and just put a few drops on their skin. And in Ayurveda, that's been done for thousands and thousands of years, they'll. They'll put urine, know the urine on their skin, go out in the sun. And it helps. In ancient times, you know, when somebody was traveling, walking for long distances, they would offer them their urine when they came to the door and let them sit in the sun to rejuvenate from their travels.
Like someone else's urine.
Someone else's urine. So they would have their family supply of urine, and you would take that family supply and put it on your skin and lay it out in the sun to rejuvenate yourself from your travels.
