You have adhd, it's probably meat or dairy or artificial colorings and flavorings that are major triggers for you that make you much more ADHD or less adhd. And as someone who had both Asperger's syndrome and ADHD diagnosed, and I don't have those things going on right now, I know what it feels like. Right. And so you can tune it with what you eat and other toxins, even that you breathe. But there's a form of training that I think made the most difference for me to be able to pay attention. And it. It's now available for you. At the time when I did it, it was a handmade, kind of cobbled together thing. I used to sell it as the upgraded Focus brain trainer. You put a strap on your forehead and you bounce a light into your brain to see how much blood is there. And you teach your brain to move more blood to the front of your brain, your prefrontal cortex. So I did this 10 years ago with a computer, and it was really just not a very advanced setup. Well, there's a company called Mendy IO. I am on their advisory board now. I just met them. Moha was on the podcast recently. I. I met him and I'm like, oh, my God, you're making the company. I wanted to start to do this type of feedback on the brain. It's under 500 bucks. Mendy IO. Try using code Dave or something. We had a code for the podcast. I don't remember what it is. So that'll help you with training blood to the front of your brain.
