Chapters
Can you biohack grief? Hell yeah. Read my most recent book. It's called Smarter, Not Harder. Last two chapters on the reset process. There's a forgiveness component to grief. There's also a really good book by David Hawkins called Letting Go. The thing about grief, when you hold back on it, it can stick around forever if you can fully feel it all the way through. It takes about 20 minutes to let go of grief, and if it's still stuck, you do the reset process, which involves gratitude, then a forgiveness process. And if you do it in that order, I've seen people process huge amounts of grief, sometimes just in a couple weeks, so I hope that answer is helpful for you and whatever you're working on, so I wish you well.
