How to find peace inside of you.

In this German monologue, the speaker explores the question “What is the opposite of fear?” After considering various possible answers—joy, love, bliss, courage—the speaker concludes that inner peace is the fundamental opposite. The talk argues that without inner peace, other positive states cannot be fully experienced. Inner peace is presented not as external tranquility but as a personal, cultivated state likened to a monk meditating amid a storm. By consciously choosing and holding onto peace, one transforms fear into peace, converts basic needs (food, desire) into higher‑order expressions (nourishment, sacred intimacy), and creates a supportive community. Proper nutrition, sleep, and energy management sustain the community, which in turn fuels further personal development, forgiveness, and consciousness work, enabling the individual to become the person they aspire to be.
