A neurologist explains that ejaculation is triggered by a brain switch about eight seconds before climax. Two techniques can interrupt the reflex: relax the anal sphincter muscles, or do a quick thrust to send a false completion signal and let arousal subside.

How can guys watching this last longer? Because a lot of guys are one minute pumpers out here.
So about eight seconds or so before you're going to ejaculate, there's a switch that gets thrown in your brain and you're like, I'm not going to come. I'm not going to come. And then like, it's the best idea ever. I'm just going to come everywhere. We've all felt that, all guys have. And then you're done. Like, why did I do that? I said I wasn't going to. It's your body taking over, saying, just like, I'm going to eat all the Ben and Jerry's. It's like, you better do this. And it's wired in to keep the species alive, to make sure there's going to be babies. There's a reason for that. You're ultimately in charge. So about eight seconds before you're going to feel it, and what you do is you have to relax the muscles around your butthole. And it's a little switch. You just relax those and it goes away. Or if you realize that, you know you're getting close, you do the physical movements that would come with ejaculation. So, like more rapid, but you do it before you're ready. And that sends a body a signal that says, oh, I guess I must have already done it. And then it backs off.
