How to fix hair loss. You're only 19. I would start with topical caffeine and possibly aspirin and a few other compounds like that. Get the right shampoo, quit using weird shit in your hair, probably quit blow drying it and look at other toxins and then get a hormone panel, see what the hell's going on. It's either a toxin like a metal, an endocrine disruptor, or potentially something else going on. And you might consider topical Rogaine. Please do not start with finasteride. This stuff permanently chemically neuters maybe up to 5% of men. And I did have 10,000 hairs moved from the side of my head to the front. I had very, very little hair loss. And I did a testosterone pellet about like six, seven years ago. And I just started losing hair right away. And I stopped it after four months, but the damage was done. So I had the hairs moved. And when I was recovering, I tried a finasteride derivative. And if I hadn't stopped that, I would have no libido like it. It really cratered it and it's just a permanent binding, so be careful with finasteride. But topical Rogaine works really well.
