IG Live with Launch Medical

Dustin Wolfe, co-founder of Launch Medical, discusses the Phoenix, an at-home acoustic shockwave device for erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease. Focused sound waves stimulate blood vessel growth and break down plaque without electricity. The device works on a flaccid penis and costs less than repeated clinic visits.

What's up, Instagram? Gonna do a little bit of a interview for you guys about the new podcast that just came up. I've done a couple weeks on bulletproof radio of call it the Sexual Wellness Week or Sexual Energy Week. Interviewed several experts about that third F word in my work. Part of the way you make energy is, well, hey, you know, that desire for other people and things like that. So I'm gonna bring on one of the guests from the show for you. So stick with me for a second. I get them in. Give me one second here. Hey, look who's here. Welcome.
Hey, Dave. Thank you.
We finally got you in.
Little technical difficulties here, but I'm here.
Okay, Awesome. I was just talking about the Phoenix and I'll finish that and then we'll do a quick introduction. So what this device does, it lets you at home apply shock waves to the penis. And if you have ed, it's a pretty important thing. And if you don't, you see really noticeable positive changes. And a lot of people are like, I can't believe I'm gonna do that. But seriously, it's a very legit, well studied technology. You've seen videos without seeing things. You can't unsee of me getting it done. Clinically, I don't think most people have four grand to spend on that. But if you can get something at home that uses the same tech, I just think it's worth your time and attention. And I negotiate a $200 discount for you guys. So there's, there's that, which is kind of cool. And we're gonna actually talk about shockwave therapy so you guys can figure out what this does. This isn't a product for women. It just doesn't quite work. Work the same way for that. Um, but anyhow, with no further introduction. You wanna do a quick intro?
Yep. Hey, everybody. My name is Dustin Wolfe. I'm a co founder of Launch Medical. And we're here today to talk about the Phoenix and acoustic wave therapy. The history of it, you know, the efficacy, the clinical studies, the, you know, scientific details about it. But it is a, it's a very real modality in a lot of clinics around, around the world. But in the US specifically, it is, it's newer, so most people haven't heard of it. Right. So it is something that is non invasive and people hear shockwave therapy. Sorry about that, guys. Can they hear me now?
Can you hear me, guys? Give me a thumbs up or a heart or something if you can hear him. We lost some of the audience. It Looks like they can hear you again. All right.
Sorry about that, guys.
Stupid ipod in ear, Bluetooth, head read, eating, whatever the heck they are. Should be embarrassed. All right, so you were sharing some of the stuff about. About shockwave therapy. All right, you're in. This is awesome. Everyone can hear you now. So tell me more about, like, what people wouldn't know. You were saying that shockwave therapy sounds like it's electrical, but it's not. So just kind of walk people through how the tech works.
Yeah. So the tech is. It's not electrical. It's a sound wave that penetrates the tissue for purposes of generating new tissue and new blood vessels and clearing the plaque out of. That's it right there. Out of the blood vessels, which accumulates.
So imagine this is something, and then you just hold it against it like this. It's not that hard to do. And there's no electricity. It just goes like. Yeah, it's pretty straightforward.
Yes. Non invasive. There's no downtime, no side effects. It's been around a very long time. But people in the US They. It's relatively new. They haven't heard of it yet. So, I mean, your audience probably has.
But most people have it, so it's. It's something worth considering. I'd say if you have ED and you're looking at taking drugs, I would really look at this, because if you can break up some plaque down there. But more. Maybe more to the point, if you don't have ED and maybe you don't even have plaque, it still causes changes that are pretty useful.
Yeah.
I'm seeing questions about shock therapy, like around the jaw for improving infection. This device is not medically approved, and probably. I wouldn't want to put it on my jaw. But, I mean, you can go to the doctor and they'll use Shockwave for various things. This is one that's actually very carefully made. It has lockouts and all sorts of stuff to work. Oh, Scott, do you need to be hard or flaccid when you do it?
Oh, that's a good question. We get that all the time. I prefer. And we tell everybody that, you know, ass is flaccid because if somebody's hard when they're using a device, it can be quite uncomfortable.
Yeah, I wouldn't want to be hard using it. That wouldn't be appropriate.
However, we have guys actually get an erection while they're using it, which is kind of the whole point.
So it doesn't do that to me. I mean, you put lidocaine on before you use it so you can go really deep. So I can't imagine getting all guys do.
Some guys use a lidocaine and some guys don't. It just depends on your sensitivity level. You know, everybody's different. We actually provide lidocaine with the kit, which order the Phoenix, but some guys don't even need it.
One of the questions from Amber, if someone has prostate, either prostate issues or prostate cancer. Any pros or cons with prostate issues?
That's a good one. And it. I mean, just to back up here, guys, just so you know, I own a clinic in Southern California, and I've been doing shockwave in the clinic for a very long time. That's how the Phoenix was born through launch medical. And we have seen thousands of guys come to the clinic. Some of them have had their prostate removed. Prostate cancer. We kind of evaluate them on a case by case basis. But if there's a prostate issue, of course, the disclaimer is talk to your doctor first. If they've had the prostate completely removed, acoustic wave therapy might not be a good solution for them.
Okay, so, Amber, there's your answer. If your prostate's gone entirely, this isn't something that's going to work. Mimi says I'm assuming there's some pain based on lidocaine. I actually know some guys who've done it without the lidocaine. It is not a painful thing, but it could be a little intense. But there's pain. This is not pain. This is like. Okay. It's pressure kind of is the way I would put it. So it's a mild thing, I would say. And it's kind of hard. I'm not going to do a live demo here. And no one ever is. Right.
You're not?
No. What do you mean? Oh, you're going to do a live demo. That's great. Oh, no, but you. Basically, as close I do on my arm. You hold the thing on there, and it lasts for a couple minutes. And it's got a timer, so you can't do too much, and then it. It works. Okay. Amber says that her man has his prostate and is in remission. So in that case, he might be a candidate for shockwave therapy.
Exactly. If he has prostate, which is where a lot of the blood flow comes from, he might be a good candidate for it again. Talk to your doctor. But, you know, that's a medical question, which I am not a doctor. I'm not qualified to answer.
I get it. Allison says, do it on Clubhouse. I'll be going on Clubhouse. Later today and just having through a Q and A. So people, Allison, come on. When you see me, I'm just at Asprey on Clubhouse. When I come on asking a question about that, I'll just do a. Ask me anything. Later today, Cardia Health Integrative says mentioned link and go to getmyphenix.com Dave and it might have to be all capital Dave, I don't know. But slash Dave on getmyfenix.com get $200 off. It's just it. Okay, so, and my, my idea with you guys is, look, I'm going to be open about the stuff I use and I'm going to do my best to get you a discount. And you can say that that's selling. The thing is I only talk about stuff that I use. So you could also say that I'm testing a lot of stuff that I don't talk about. And a few things make the bar. And man, I was more than impressed with Shockwave therapy. I, I just have to say it's the real deal. In mother Nature land, there is no way to get Shockwave this kind of stuff into your tissues. So your tissues won't respond the way they respond to this. So what we're doing in the world of biohacking is we're finding things like light, like sound, like these shock waves, peptides, different nutritional approaches. All of these are things that you couldn't do until we had the technology to do it. And even ozone, ozone therapy, you couldn't get that from Mother Nature. But all of a sudden, oh, the body will respond in new ways. We're learning how to control our body. And having, you know, a certain frequency and a certain intensity or shock wave that causes tissues to grow that weren't going to grow before. I'm like, okay, I'm down with that. And I think we're just at the very beginning of that sort of, that sort of a thing.
Yeah. And it's an all natural type of therapy that, you know, it doesn't involve drugs, it's non invasive, there's no shots, there's no surgery. And it's been proven to be efficacious for the last 20 years. So it's one of those things. It's, I think about it and we kind of educate our customers is it's almost like going to the gym or exercise for your penis.
So someone's saying they can't get in. It's getmyphenix. M y P-H-O E N I X.com Dave I don't think the site's up for sale. And then Hamps22 put out a link to the podcast that was episode 788 on Bulletproof Radio. We did a longer interview about this. Did I just say a longer interview?
Longer, Bigger, Thicker. Yes.
Firmer. Oh, here's a question that I actually want to know the answer to this. Betschmi says, what about using it on the testicles? Any benefits?
Oh, no, don't do that. No. Basically, acoustic wave therapy has been proven to regrow tissue, clear plaque out of soft tissue all around the body. I've had people ask me, can I use up my skull, my jaw, my nose? No. Soft tissue only. Please do not put this thing on your testicles. It's been designed and engineered only for the penis.
Now, I have gone to a physician who was doing shockwave therapy, who did do it on the testicles, but I think you could do. You could do dangerous things, but you can do the ligaments on the sides of the penis. Like, you kind of pull it to one side, and you can do those ligaments, and that can be really crazy beneficial, which is pretty good. And there's another thing on here which isn't so much a question about the Phoenix, but it's from Alison. Next. Can you shrink a yoni? Yeah. In fact, listen to Bulletproof Radio. Just this last two weeks, there's been several episodes. Kim Enami talks about how to do it. She has a program, and there's also various laser and other RF technologies. So vaginal rejuvenation is a real thing. You can fix the pelvic floor. You can stop. Stop sneeze, peeing and all that. And it's just you need pretty radically different tech for men and women because you have, like, the receiver and the penetrator. So, you know, there. I just did this on Instagram. Someone's going to screenshot that.
Yes, they are.
Anyway, what. What's going on? There is different sets of technology. You can also inject stem cells in the penis, in the vagina. I've done it. My wife has done it. We've talked about it on stage. And there's something nice about being any age, including 80, and having working reproductive organs, because we use those not just for recreation and fun and love and all the good stuff like that, but what it does is it's a source of energy in your life. It's a source of power in your life.
We actually do that. We actually do that in our clinic in Southern California, Novus. We do stem cells Injections in the penis, PRP P shots, all that stuff. And it is highly beneficial, especially when it's coupled with acoustic rave therapy. There are lots of protocols out there.
There's a question about pierogies. I said that on purpose just to be a dirt. No, not the sandwich. The crooked dick. That one.
Yes. Banana dick. It's a very real thing. And peyronie is for the people in the audience who don't know what that is. It's basically a curvature in the shaft that can happen mostly due to sexual accident where scar tissue builds up and it'll curve the shaft one way or another. It's a very real thing. It's. You know, guys, they can be very painful. They're ashamed, they'll avoid sex. Acoustic wave therapy has been demonstrated to actually straighten out the curve and correct the issue by breaking up that scar tissue. In fact, we have a lot of customers that buy the Phoenix just for that.
You have instructions in there about, like, what part to use it on versus not use it to straighten things out. What if I wanted, like, an S curve like no one else, just to be. Could I put one in like a racetrack?
No. No, you can't.
My inner seventh grader gets activated when I talk about my Phoenix. I can't help it.
I am like that, too.
Well, I don't want to go for too long on here. I know that. Actually, a few people in the. In the comments like they're really getting some value out of this. They're going to go look at it. And I just want you guys to know there is a new kind of tech where you use specially shaped acoustic sound waves on the penis, and it changes blood flow dynamics in the penis, and it works, and it's remarkable. And so you got to know, because that's just what biohacking is all about. Even if it's a bit awkward and I do weird hand gestures and talk about sandwiches. All that's just part of the fun.
Yeah, well, I mean, the entire reason why we brought the Phoenix to the market is because in clinic treatments, it's expensive. It's embarrassing. You got to take time off of work. You might not live near a clinic that does it. So this is a good solution for, you know, those issues that people, you know, face every single day.
Well, I appreciate you coming on and sharing some info about it, guys. If you wanted to say, hey, Travis, ten years to watch me. Thanks, Trevor. T42. Guys, get my phoenix dot com. Dave, you don't have to use the code. You don't have to buy anything. But you should know this stuff exists if you ever need it. It's a real thing. Shockwave therapy from my Phoenix. I will see you all on another one of these things. And you know, if you're not paying attention to your reproductive health and whether things work the way they should work, you're missing out on one of the big three sources of power that make you do what you do. And I really want you to do it. That's why. Bulletproof radio. Listen to anything? In the last couple weeks, it's all been about this for men and women with real science, real stuff. You probably don't know, because I think it matters. Even if it's kind of weird to talk about it.
