There's one food that I will never feed to my kids and why the food is cereal. What you thought cereal was healthy? Whole grain is a scam. There are more mycotoxins or mold toxins in grains because it grows as they're stored. Glyphosate is now present even in organic oats and grains. And when you eat whole grains, you're hangry. Thirty minutes later you get a sugar crash from all those refined carbs. You can get your fiber from somewhere else. Broccoli has more fiber. What should you give your kids? Instead of whole grain cereal for breakfast, how about pasture raised bacon or steak and pastured eggs? Just don't overcook the bacon. Good protein and good fats are what kids need to thrive. There are compounds in plants, especially in grains and seeds and nuts and oats that are called oxalate and phytic acid. I wrote about those in my last book. They take minerals away from your kids bones and teeth and brains. Tell me, what is the one food that you would feed your kids first?
