My friend John Amaral, who's an energy worker. Oh, I love John. He's been on the show. Okay, cool. He's wonderful. So he and I had a really important chat that night, because I was feeling shame for being scared, because I'm pretty tough, and I've gone through a lot, and, you know, I was just. I don't know why, but I was feeling shame for it. And he was like, maria, you have a pancreas tumor. You're having massive abdominal surgery tomorrow. You have every right to be scared, and that's okay. And he freed me of so much in that moment that I said, okay, I'm gonna go have dinner with my family, and I'm gonna celebrate today, and we'll see what happens tomorrow. So it's not that I'm fearless or anything. I've definitely had my moments. I just climb out of them fast because I know that whenever something bad happens or something good, that usually comes around the corner. Now, maybe that corner's a little longer and times, but there's always the pendulum swing. And it's been a pattern I've watched for my 45 years on this planet. And so. And I. And I have such faith that I'm guided and protected, that at some point, I can get back there. It's not my instant moment where I'm, like, I've guided and protected, and everything's happening for me, not to me, and. But I do have these tools that I've acquired on my journey, and especially through my show, Heal Squad.
