You've been asking how do you manage all the different ways that you can improve yourself? It can seem like a lot, but the point of biohacking is to get more out of your body while doing less. Here's what I found when I was writing Smarter, not harder. My most recent book. What you need to do is decide on a goal. It needs to be very specific. Do not say I want to be healthy because it doesn't mean anything. Here's what health really looks like. You're going to pick one of these to focus on. It could be strength and muscle development. It could be cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Could be energy levels and metabolism for fat loss. Could be improving your brain. Can be improving your ability to manage stress. Could be longevity living to at least 180. Or it could be improving your libido. All of these are worthy goals and they're different with different things you do. So don't try to boil the ocean. Do everything at once. Do the things that matter most. Pick your primary target and then you can win. When you start measuring what works, subscribe to my channel below to get more biohacks to upgrade your life and just feel like you're in charge of yourself. It's not as hard as it sounds.
