Hey, I'm not actually flipping you off this little device which will cost you around $30. It's called a pulse oximeter. And I've used it quite a lot at upgrade labs and in my own biohacking because it measures the amount of oxygen in your blood. And we are now understanding with the COVID 19 coronavirus that it's causing hypoxia and you actually need to go to the hospital. When you don't have enough oxygen in your blood, that means that the virus has, has chewed up enough hemoglobin that you're now having problems digesting oxygen in your cells. Not necessarily that your lungs aren't working, but that your cellular machinery can't move it in. So it's one of these $30 devices. You can see, are you below 90? If so, you ought to go to the hospital if you're above 90, ideally above 95. Even if you're having a rough time, you probably aren't as critical as you might think. And as you know, you can save yourself money and time and you can keep that, that just heavy load in hospitals from happening if you don't go to the hospital, and you don't need to go. So relatively cheap. 30 bucks. Do I have enough oxygen in my blood? If you don't, you're going to need help. And if you don't, it means you already didn't take the things you could have taken to protect your cells from this problem. And I'll talk about that in another video.
