The best way to sleep is on your back. Problem is you're probably going to snore, and it's going to screw up your sleep, and your sleep score will go down. So the fix for that is there's special pillows. I've done a couple episodes on that that can support your neck. You should be taping your mouth. It's one of the cheapest biohacks that works so well. And you put a bite guard in, including one that'll stop your jaw from falling back. If you want to know about the jaw alignment and breathing and sleep thing, it's a very old episode with Dr. Dwight Jenny, who realigned my jaw, expanded my upper palate over the course of about two years to fix things that happen when your mom eats too much grain. And then you get basically teeth that don't fit in your mout. So you can fix your breathing, then you can sleep on your back. I sleep on my back about 95% of the time now, and I never could do that before, which means that force of gravity just does this instead of like this and smashing your face.
