This is a YouTube video titled "The Surprising Longevity Strategy Revealed!" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing the challenges and considerations in demonstrating the effectiveness of aging clocks and longevity strategies, including the uncertainty of long-term consequences and the importance of avoiding mortality events. The discussion appears to focus on scientific and practical aspects of longevity research.
The questions in my mind more revolve.
Around how long is it going to take before we can actually demonstrate that these things work? And this is where going back to the aging clocks, I think once the aging clocks evolve to the point where there's confidence that they are in fact predicting future mortality, future disease risk with high precision, then.
You have a real opportunity. It's still not going to be proof until you actually see somebody live that long, but you can be pretty darn.
Confident that these things are having the effect that you wanted them to have. Then the last question is, is there some long term consequence that we don't know about that's going to offset that? Right.
Because it only takes, only takes one mortality event to keep you from living a long time. So that's an unknown and we're not.
Going to know until we get there. One of my big longevity strategies is to drive a heavy vehicle.
Right. Avoid dying, I think is rule number one of longevity.
