Vitamin B6 as you know it is not good for you. That's because the vitamin B6 you're getting is not the form your body uses. Your body uses a form called P5P. Now P5P is the form that fits into your vitamin B6 receptors. When you take the synthetic form, the synthetic form that's in almost every single thing that says B6, 5% of it or thereabout converts into the natural form you say, okay fine, so it's only 5% effective. But the ineffective synthetic form sticks in your receptors. And when it sticks in your receptors it clogs them for like a thousand days. What that means is if it doesn't say P5P but it has B6 in it, you simply shouldn't take it. And this is really important if you have a genetic thing that requires you to take extra B6. Oh which by the way I have did a lot of research on this and this is a real thing so watch out. If it says B6, I just don't take.
