Bulletproof radio, a state of high performance. There's average heart rate variability all night and then there's peak. Does it matter when the peak is? Does it matter how big the peak versus average is? Well, oh my God, this is so variable, Dave. And it does because we have energy spikes right in our so adrenal energy spikes. And typically in general, let's just average it out. Your energy spikes are going to be, you know, follow your body core temperature, right? So they'll be at like midnight and let's say noon. So you want to be in deep sleep before your energy spike. So you want to be in deep sleep before midnight. So what I tell my clients is every hour of sleep you get before midnight is worth two hours of sleep after midnight. So if you want to, I don't promote this, but be able to perform with less sleep. The earlier you go to bed, the more likely you are going to be to be able to do that. Because most people are fata in the whole ayurvedic world. And you're going to. You want to be in deep sleep where you get your maximum healing during sleep at midnight. And in order to do that, go ahead.
