Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, an early-20th-century physician, invented corn flakes to lower testosterone and stop masturbation, which he saw as moral decay. He also pushed circumcision for boys and girls as a masturbation suppressant. His ideas shaped the breakfast cereal industry and medical practices that persist today.

Doctor Kellogg, early 1900s, was this creepy, cultish medical doctor who believed that male sexual desire was the root of all evil and so was masturbation in men or women. So he invented a food called Corn Flakes that was low in fat to suppress testosterone and lower male sexual desire. And that's why we have cereal as a breakfast item in the country today. And he was obsessed with masturbation, so he encouraged circumcision for boys and girls, but they just wouldn't do it to girls, thank God. And. And they still do it to a lot of men because it will reduce masturbation. It doesn't. But that was his belief. So this was basically a perv who, because of the medical establishment, built our food system and a lot of our medical practices. It's weird. So anyway, Dr. Kellogg could do that. Who knows what other doctor trainings will do? But the half a day of training comes from his lineage, not the stuff that works.
