This is a YouTube video titled "Why oatmeal drains your energy..." containing a discussion between two speakers about the nutritional differences between oats and white rice, the impact of phytic acid on mineral absorption, and the effects on energy and brain function. The conversation appears to focus on dietary advice and food science.
So you're eating a bunch of oats because you heard you needed carbs. Eat white rice.
The same amount of carb, but it doesn't have phytic acid in it.
So people could have, like, cream of rice. Absolutely. As a breakfast. Yeah. Right. So you have same amount of carbs. One had toxins, other one didn't. Now, if you're starving, should you eat oats?
Well, yes.
In fact, oats are called gruel. That's peasant food.
That's what the.
Rich people would feed.
The peasants to keep them alive. So the rich people could eat whatever.
The heck steaks they could get. Right. We're in a world where beef is relatively affordable. And it's still a superfood. Always has been. No matter how much big agriculture companies try to tell you soybeans, to anyone who's lifted ever knows that soy protein is a joke. Right. So we didn't have to go down, down that rat hole. But I will just tell you, if you don't have minerals, you can meditate. Your meditation doesn't work right because your brain wanted to make neurotransmitters and it didn't have what it took, so it couldn't do it. If you just pay attention to stop robbing minerals by eating phytic acid and then you add minerals back in.
